One of the guys said if you have the proper paperwork then show up to our location and we will give you the car, then when i show up... there is literally no entrance unless you call them to let you in so then when I called they told me to go away. It was 40 miles to the dealership in San Rafael, California. AAA's tow truck (Norcal Supreme Towing) was there in about a half hour. Loading my Mercedes onto the flat bed and tying it down took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way with me as a passenger in the cab. The driver and I had an extremely enjoyable conversation on the way back. I've had this experience more than a few times in the past and it has always been awful. This time, however, and unbelievably, I found myself enjoying the entire experience, awed by the driver's ability to do his job quickly and efficiently as well as his exuberant personality and friendly attitude.
