DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . They are unprofessional and caused mold to spread around my house. Hot water pipe bursted and insurance co. Used this co. For repairs. Worker listed the floor boards and found mold. He sprayed it with bleach and then placed 3 fans in the home. Which spread into our bedrooms. After 2 weeks of fans they told us they were ripping out carpet in the rooms and told us to take out eveeything from each room last minute. We had no choice but put it in living room. Which caused the spores that were on our bed room belongings to spread to our kitchen and lkving room. All pro denies everything and states it was due to hvoc. Which was turned off prior because we werent living in the house. In the end we had to pay an additional 20k due to all pro. Do not risk your home or your health with this company. They are all very rude especially Wade the general contractor. They do not follow any water or mold remediation standards so expected times and proper handling of jobs will not be seen from this company. read more

Allpro was wonderful in coordinating our water damaged hardwood floor. They were professional and on time. They gave us a flooring company who got the floor done and Allpro brought in their fans and dehumidifier to thoroughly dry the subfloor. If you read any bad reviews, disregard itbecause they are top notch. read more

After experiencing first hand how this company operates and conducts itself, I wouldn't allow them to ever again attempt to perform even the most basic level home projects. Let me break it down in the simplest way possible, If you're given the option of hiring A) allpro construction ~VS~ B) anyone with a pulse that's ever taken 8th grade woodshop, do yourself a huge favor and select anyone NOT affiliated with allpro construction... option "B". The only thing "Pro" in Allpro Construction Compy is the name. I would not hire them to build a doll house let alone ever back in my house to fix anything. I had a small fire in my kitchen to where from the fire damage and water damage from fire fighters repairs was needed. The insurance adjustor gave good reviews about the company (thats a whole other stoy in its self) so we went with them to do the repairs. It took one year for them to do a 4-6 month job on my home. Wade the contractor for the company is unprofessional, unreliable, and clueless to what his employees are doing. At one point there was a month and a half to where no workers showed up. When i asked about he said that he was told that the job was finished and he did not know. He was annoyed that he had to come out to see the situation and status of the house. Their service was so bad that once my home was able to be lived in i just told them i will have someo e else come do the rest. There are still things that are not properly done work that looks horrible. I could go on for along time about how this is the worse company to go with to do anything for your home. I had water intrusion into two separate attic ceilings from the February 13th snowstorm. Allpro's Wade Boyer was the estimator, and he did an excellent job understanding the work needed to correct the mess, and the need for proper texturing prior to repainting the repaired ceilings. Upon completion, an additional problem was found, and Wade returned within 2 hours to assess what needed to be done, and the additional work was done quickly. I would recommend Allpro highly because of their responsiveness and professionalism. read more

Allpro Construction did not show up on schedule, or return phone calls sometimes for days at a time. When asked, they said they set up an appointment with my spouse, but they had not. They delayed and complicated the insurance process. There was no positive side to working with Allpro. read more

They only care about your money, they won't even start the job unless you pay them the deductible. They unprofessional people to deal with, Joe the estimator that came specifically told me we won't start your flooring job until we collect the deductible. they scared that you won't pay the deductible, will do the flooring job first before you can collect money from you client. They robbed our house. They failed to repair anything properly, even stole window screens. The police are currently investigating the company and the man who was directly fired from the company even before I reported the theft to police( Said gentlemen was caught going into my room where there was ZERO damage and seen reaching for my guitar). Once I reported the robbery, the owner came down to our house with some incredibly large man and attempted to intimidate me and ask question after question about my stolen music equipment. He even tried to make some odd bargain about getting my missing 1959 purple and white Fender Stratocaster back for me, and that I really didn't need to follow up on the paperwork for the robbery report. So of course I did, and the police are intrigued by the reaction their phone call to the company had on the owner. I still want my guitar back, fellas. One of you has it.. We both know who you are.. Half the time they never even showed up for a scheduled appointment, and if they did they were incredibly late and quite rude about it. One kept swearing at the top of his lungs, He and a few others bragged about installing things in the bathroom incorrectly and how "Those fuckin' ladies, they'll never notice" We noticed.. These men also felt like bragging about how they "do our best work when we're stoned".. Yeah, no you don't... They installed faulty damaged items and broke more in the house then they were required to fix. As a matter of fact, they weren't even supposed to take the spa tub out of the room... Did that, broke it. Replaced it with a highly damaged piece of garbage. The vanity is too small to fit around the plumbing so the drawers wont close. The vanity was also damaged out of the box and rather than return it for the correct vanity, became angry and made excuses. They even shoved cardboard and a pile of paper underneath it in order to jam it against the wall. Cardboard and paper, in a room where WATER lives... The work is still not done and they were hired in APRIL. It is currently DECEMBER. It took them 3 months to install a water heater. Even then they installed some crazy ding and dent second hand model. I refuse to believe that ANY of these 5 star reviews are legitimate and am going to contact Yelp to investigate them. Their facebook company page is pizza themed (so you know that's completely professional...) and most of the comments are really weird ones from friends and random girls...Do NOT hire this company or you will sorely regret it! read more

See some alarming reviews below so I figured I share my experience. Water damage claim and chose AllPro for the repairs. Wade and Heidi were who I primarily dealt with and they were great. Responsive, friendly, and most importantly available. I often communicated via text at all hours of the night and they accommodated our schedule. I was out of town on business and it was just my wife and 3 kids. With a baby and her sleep schedule, Wade gladly re-adjusted their schedule on a Friday and into Monday. Some minor concerns that we had about repairs were immediately addressed. Would certainly recommend. Opportunities would include...now this is very minor but the caulking work was a bit sloppy but it is noticeable at first glance. Aside from that you can expect to experience the traditional drawbacks of working with a small/med business which include lack of options for payment, credit card charges, check payment. Almost had to search online how to write a check since we haven't written one in close to 10 years. read more

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism this company has. I called them when my house had water damage from leakage in our master bathroom. Alex came and pulled out the flooring and shower tiles, put air blowers to dry the area, took $1,000 deductible, and promised an insurance claim to fix it. We waited for three weeks (while unable to use the bathroom due to the broken flooring and tiles) to hear from insurance before calling the insurance company, only to find out they never received an estimate from Allpro construction. We've been persistently trying contacting Alex, but he never returned our calls or messages. They charged my card for the deductible, and all we are left with is an destructed, unsuable bathroom filled with broken tiles and shattered wood. No one in the company is taking responsibility for this, or fixing the mess that was made. read more

We had a house fire which started in an upstairs bathroom and caused damage throughout the house. We contracted with Allpro to get the work done. They kept in touch and kept to a schedule the whole time. After the work was done we found a few areas that needed to be taken care of, some painting that was missed, a hole that needed to be repaired, just minor things. They were out immediately and took care of the problem. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

This company is a total sham. I cannot stress enough on how much I would NOT recommend this company. I had some water damage in my home. My insurance company contracted AllPro to perform the fixes. In coordination with the insurance fixes, we were also going to upgrade the flooring in the bathroom from linoleum to tile, paying the cost difference out of my own pocket. They requested the money up front, and I paid them in November. Loss date was October 1st, 2013. After many emails and a general lack of communication from the contractor, on Dec 24th, I fired them. The only thing they completed was a simple drywall repair of the ceiling. Still left was the replacement of the floor. They still had my money, and I requested a refund. They refused to issue until they received a new check from my insurance company for the lesser amount of repairs. End of January, still no check so I file a dispute with credit card company. Magically check arrives a few days after credit card company contacted them. Credit card company closes dispute, recharges the money, and they place a stop payment on the check. This company is a sham, their customer service in the office is TERRIBLE, and they contract all their work to other companies. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!! read more

Completely unprofessional. They did not send a complete bill for 3 years (so we thought we were paid in full) and then came after us with threats, harassing on Facebook, and at our business. I will never, ever recommend them. We've already notfiied our insurance company who used to recommend them, and they no longer use them, either. I've never been so disappointed in a company. This company has been a total frustration. We hired them to do some tile work as they were recommended by our insurance company. It took forever to get the work started, communication was poor and the work was extremely over-priced for what we got. Working with one of the owners, he almost never responded to my email, went back on his word several times, over-charged us and left our project unfinished claiming we needed to pay extra for damage they did to our home. The work was rushed and looked awful. We made them rip out what they had already done. Once finished, what was finished, the tile looks nice but I wonder exactly how much we were overcharged. I told the person doing the tile work to be honest with me and let me know if he was unable to show up on a particular day. When I shared that I couldn't have him show up one day because of an appointment, he told me he was relieved because he was going to have to lie to me so he could get a job done at another location.
