It can get pretty busy, but there are usually still plenty of spots. This Lululemon just opened about a month ago. I actually saw them finishing it up at the end of January and February, so now that it's fully open everything still feels super new and really nice. The store is kind of located in the middle of the mall, and when I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon there were so many people checking it out. I really love the architecture of this location. They have little touches that feel very San Diego, like a sign that says "Welcome to San Diego," which is such a cute detail. They also have a lot of new arrivals right now especially leggings with new prints, including some cheetah styles that just came out. I'd also recommend checking out their jackets. I just picked up their new white jacket with a gold zipper and it's super cute and really flattering. It was about $130, but the quality and fabric feel really nice. They also have a great men's section along with women's items, so it's definitely worth stopping by. The store is located on the second floor, and parking at Fashion Valley is free, which makes it easy to just walk around and explore the mall.

He was so kind and sweet, helpful and listened. He made the experience feel personal and made us feel comfortable to where we didn't feel like just a customer. The section was very clean and organized making it easy to look around. Time flew by so quick! My son found a pair he absolutely loved that felt good and went with his style perfectly. I was not greeted during my entire visit and Bloomingdale's staff walked past me as if I wasn't there. On my one I found some knit casual jackets and linen shirts from Flaherty; which were nice. Unfortunately they were hung up on thin plastic hangers which marred the shoulders with the stretch-bump. Crossed into an area with Buck Mason clothing, and was finally greeted. 30 minutes after arriving. I gave the employee some shit about not coming over to greet me, like he was trapped in the section. Miles revealed to me that he worked for Buck Mason rather than Bloomingdale's. He then showed me several quality pieces perfect for summer. He introduced me to the brand; which will become a staple for me.

I'm digging the rebrand - "Banana Republic Atelier". The customer service is impeccable and the salespeople very friendly and kind. There are welcoming comfy lounge chairs throughout. They remind me of restoration hardware cloud couches! Very comfy. Coffee table books galore to look at, while your spouse tries on clothes. There was a vintage Bmw motorcycle displayed in the center of the store and the clothes within were classic and vintage cool. Linens were abundant- we are ready for summer! Luxe cashmere was available as well. There was a tall blonde and pretty woman salesperson who was incredibly thoughtful and kind- my tot was running around like crazy and she brought her a "treasure map" (the current design of their tissue paper for purchased clothes!), and offered us boxed waters at different temperatures. I wish I could remember her full name- J, Jacey? Another customer was very obviously European and was offered sparkling or still water- impressive customer service and a fun tailored experience to shop in. Post check out, I saw that for some reason the clothes were shipping to my mother's address even though I have never ordered anything from Ann Taylor and had it shipped to my mother ever in my entire life. I am not sure how it happened. None the less, I tried contacting someone right away to get it corrected. 1. Nobody answers the phone. 2. Nobody longs onto the chat to help customers. 3. I texted and someone responded more than 24 hours later that the order number I provided was wrong. Then I sent screenshots to prove that the order number I provided was, in fact, correct. They then responded another more than 24 hours later that there was nothing they could do and told me to contact UPS. There is no UPS tracking number and no label has even been created yet. In my case, I can drive to my mother's house to pick up my order however it is incredibly inconvenient and the least they could have done is not charge me to ship it to the wrong place. I feel like just disputing the changes on my credit card based on principle. What if it was shipped to some random address where I didn't even know the person that lived there?
