I made a reservation to go wine tasting in Livermore for my birthday. I called a few other places and this place offered me the most reasonable price. I booked a party bus for group of 25 for 6 hours. Booking the reservation was extremely easy! I had a a bunch of questions and each time I called they were friendly and informative. Our bus driver who picked us up was Curt! He arrived right on time and was super friendly! We made it on time to all of our wineries and lunch. I've used AllStar Limousine a few times now, and I must say that myself and my group are always more than satisfied with Steve and how he accommodates guests. His rides are impeccable, and I think he has the best choices around. I used their services for a work function, taking the office staff to a Christmas Luncheon downtown, and the driver was a little early which I really like. Their bus was really clean and Steve was great the company is locate in Antioch and our party was in Modesto he was on time actually arrived 15min early and was really friendly with all my guest their rates are great. I threw my boyfriend a surprise birthday and decided a party bus was definitely the way to go. I called about 10-15 different companies, read all the reviews on yelp, and tried to get quotes from the top 3 highest rated. The top 3 never called me back. To be honest, I was really hesitant to go with all star limo after reading their reviews, but decided to get a quote anyway. They answered me right away. I spoke with Steve and he quoted me an amazing price tax and gratuity included. Everything was clear and concise. The deposit wasn't outrageous ($100 compared to $350 with other companies). I emailed Steve last minute to change my pick-up time a half hour earlier and he responded the same day to confirm. I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. The evening of the event, Driver came 5 mins early in an AMAZING party bus: limo style seating, flat screen TV, fiber optic lighting, stripper pole, bar & an INCREDIBLE sound system. We had that thing bumping ALL NIGHT with some DUB STEP (if you don't know, that music requires nothing less than the best when it comes to bass) and the birthday boy (who is a DJ) was reeeally impressed. It looked exactly like the picture/video on the website. No surprises. We brought our own alcohol: vodka, champagne, beer. We even brought two coolers on the bus, but it really wasn't necessary because there was enough cups/ice to go around. Needless to say, my guests had an awesome time. We went to Temple (I didn't need him to arrange VIP entrances because I had bottle service, but do keep in mind that most clubs, especially upscale, do not allow any persons on a party bus in due to excessive drinking, so be prepared to be dropped off at least a block away). On the way home, half the bus needed to make a pit stop RIGHT AWAY and he pulled over asap and even handed the ladies toilet paper HAHAHA. He dropped off everyone at the surprise location, and then made a special extra stop to drop off myself & the birthday boy at our house. This is the perfect company to go to for a party bus. They are professional, punctual, courteous, and most of all... HONEST. What you see on their website is really what you get.. AND MORE. I rented a limo for my daughters quinceañera and I had the worst experience ever!!. Giving everyone a heads up if you're interested in renting a limo from this place just know and be careful they like to charge you extra at the end of the service, they will find any excuse to charge you even if it's not your fault. They don't care if you're busy with your event they just want their money! the first thing they will tell you "if you don't give us the money you owe, we're gonna call the cops". The guy that was responsible for my daughter and her friends was rude and disrespectful! He was blowing me and my daughters phone up telling us we owed money for something that wasn't our fault. He even came in to our event just to yell and complain that my daughter and her friends took to long in the bathroom and that's why we were over the time limit when really he was talking to strangers and my daughter and her friends were waiting for him . I used AllStar this past weekend for my birthday party. I reserved the party bus. The reservation process was easy. The driver arrived on time (early even), was professional & clean in appearance. We went over the stereo controls (no aux cord - had to bring my own) and the waiver I had to sign. If this review was based on the driver alone, it would be 5 stars. Their website indicated the party bus could accommodate up to 26 people although I was told 18 was the maximum (which was fine). The party bus in the picture was not the party bus that showed up. The vehicle seemed a bit outdated (needs minor cosmetic repairs), and could use a thorough cleaning (walls, ceiling & a dusting). Although there were some bottles of water stocked for us, there was no ice, no cups, napkins, etc. For the price I paid, a $3.00 bag of ice should have been included. All in all, I am likely to use their service again & would recommend this company to my friends. read more

We celebrated our friends 50th birthday party by going into the city. Troy our driving was great! He picked us up right on time and the entire evening he was always available. We did have the late 9pm-3am night out on the town and the fact the we had no glass ware was ok since our driver gave us solo cups.. Highly recommend and we will be using them again! Mike from Allstar was amazing. He was early to confirm the itinerary. Communication between myself and this company were quick and done with ease. We were using them for a 13 year olds birthday and he had a car full of teenagers and couple of adults. My daughter was so impressed with how nice he was introduced himself and all her guests. I called to get a request of pricing. They seemed professional over the phone initially. However, I was told that they would send me a contract and information about the service before booking. I never heard from the company again for 3 weeks. I called back several times and left messages to try to get the information that I had requested. NO RESPONSE. After finally hearing back from the company- I told them I was no longer interested and would find a more professional company to book with that would give me information right away. A week after that conversation, I find that the company randomly charged my credit card! Emails were exchanged, and I had to file a dispute with my bank. I wish I would have read the yelp reviews first before using this company. Do yourself a favor and book with somebody else. I wish I could post pictures of the emails that were exchanged with this business to show the level of unprofessionalism. read more

Our group booked a limo over a month in advance for a special occasion with 15 friends. Fast forward to the night of the event and they never showed up! No call, wouldn't answer calls from anyone in our group. Has still not reached out to refund the deposit. I called All Star on the Wednesday before our Saturday wedding, we realized we did actually need a driver to do many stops and bring the wedding party to the ceremony site. After reading the other reviews...I have to say that the quality of ALL Star Limo has gone down...BIG TIME! I rented a limo for a high scale event...had ten people in my party...The owner said 10 seater Lincoln would comfortably seat my guests so I booked it...was pleased with prices. First problem was that this limo only sat 8 comfortably...I ended up sitting on the floor of limo. Second, AC didn't work. Third, radio didn't work and had wires hanging from it. Fourth, window was broken and wouldn't roll up or down. Fifth, there were dirty wine glasses with lipstick stains in limo. Sixth, the back tires made a lot of noise...was scared to death. Seventh, the car smelt like burning rubber when the driver braked. Eighth, the driver asked me for the payment in front of my guests prior to taking us back home which I have NEVER done before...and I rent limos often. Nineth, the limo driver was rude to me and said that he should have charged me the whole amount up front. Tenth, the owner claimed that he offered me a bigger limo when I booked it but I refused because of the cost. The truth of the matter is that I asked how much a larger limo would be because I had a couple of more people who wanted to join us...he quoted me an additional 260 and I said it wasnt worth it for 2-3 additional people was maintainly concerned about my 9 guests being comfortable...which they WERE NOT! It was a HUGE waste of money...spending more money for me was not the issue...but I certainly did not want to waste money...HUGH WASTE with ALL STAR LIMO...DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Ended up renting a shuttle to take my guests home...HUGE EMBARRASSMENT!!!! read more
