A few days later she called and said that the insurer she had in mind no longer offered what I needed and she would look around. She called back with a an estimate of $1800 a year and limits to the amount of coverage for damages caused by my 2 mini-horses and/or 7 hens. I said that was too high and she said she'd keep looking. I really appreciated her effort. Here's where it got bad. She left voicemail with a quote that was reasonable, but animals were excluded. I called back 3/19 and I was told she was busy and I was sent to her voicemail. I said I would take the insurance. I didn't hear back. On 3/22 I called again and again I was told she was busy and again I left voicemail. It is now 3/28 and I have not heard from anyone at the insurance company. I have been ghosted and only assume they do not want my business. It is a very unprofessional way to let me know.

Many customers stay because we don't bother switching like myself but after Mr. Amacher has collected my tens of thousands of dollars over 10 years, I don't think it's too much to actually get my insurance card in a timely manner. You only need to mail it out twice a year! To make it worse, my husband called last month and spoke to someone, again, to remind them they forgot to mail us our cards. Do you think we have our cards yet???? The physical card expired on 5/13/17 so we had to get on our computer and print a copy. How difficult is it to treat your customers like we matter? We moved out of Seattle years ago and will soon be looking for a new agent because this office is beyond incompetent and lazy. I am sick of calling and reminding them to do their basic job each year. Called to discuss twice with Brent the agent...out of office both times...asked for a call back..got none. I will be taking my home and auto insurance needs elsewhere. The combination of a fair weather insurer and an agent who lacks customer service skills is too much to bear...they clearly don't care about anything other than me paying my premiums.
