EDIT: I was able to get helped by the office manager, Jenny. Although i still cancelled my policy as a got a better qoute w/AAA. I appreciate her reaching out to me to makes things right, and her effort to keep my business. Thanks. Once again i have found myself dealing with diffuculties dealing with my agency. I had to call a different agency to answer my questions, which i shouldn't have had to. I will be cancelling my insurance with allstate today after 5 years. The new staff are not helpful, and have failed to reach back to me in numerous occasions. In the past Ived had to speak with Ed, the owner to get anything done, but unfortunately he is hardly ever in the office to care for his customers. read more

I came into this office looking for Motorcycle insurance. I was recommended this office by a friend. Before coming here, I had gone through 4 different companies and recieved ridiculous quotes. When I came into the office the staff was very welcoming and polite. I was assisted by Jase. The quote given to me did not sit right with him. After digging around we found some errors in my driver's history that were causing my premium to be so high. Jase stayed with me passed business hours until everything was settled. The monthly premium, after the error was fixed dropped by almost half of the original quote!!!! That to me is excellent customer service! I recommend this business to anyone. they really care about the people that come in and WORK HARD to make sure they provide the best quote for the best coverage. I applaud them for both their customer service and attention to detail - i do currently hold policies for cars, renters and life insurance with Allstate Insurance formerly known as Kranz. They are both very professional and help me out when i have questions, and are very knowledgeable - what is awesome is that they ask you questions and give you what you need instead of just selling you insurance unlike others who are commission driven. Jenny is the best! She makes you feel like a friend not just another client

Let me start by stating that i honestly think all employees at this office are completely incompetent. They really need to learn what customer service is. I called the office to inform them that I had returned one of my auto back to the dealer and had purchased another. I emailed a copy of the contract as they suggested I did. I got a return notice that this new vehicle could not be added to the policy because i was not the registered owner. I completely understood that and found insurance for this vehicle elsewhere. So I thought that because I told someone there that I turned in the other vehicle back to the dealer that was enough for them to know I no longer owned that particular vehicle and it should be removed. Well come to find out that one month later I am still being billed for that vehicle. When I called and asked to speak to the Agent meaning EDWARDO....he seems to never be available. I ended up dealing with Emmanuel who does not know the difference from a vehicle to a driver. When i received the document to sign so that they can remove my car ..I actually received a document where my daughter was being removed. I was so upset because this is suppose to be a licensed person that should know how to do there job. When I finally spoke to another employee name Nelly she stated how she was new there and that Ed was not available to speak with. She was quick to state she was new and this mess happened before she started working there. I finally spoke to Jenny who by the way came at me in a very defensive mode and not letting me explain the mess her coworker made. I was charged twice for a car i no longer owned. After this horrible mess I asked that they terminate my policy...also could not do that correct, it took another month of me calling what seemed like everyday so they could correct this horrible mess. I will contact Allstate corporate to file a formal complaint against this Agent and agency. Note to you Edwardo....you should spend more time in your office to at least pretend you actually care about your customers and take a call every now and then. read more

My grandmother is a customer here and this place is horrible. Every month her auto insurance is fluctuating and when she tries to get ahold of the agent Ed Garcia she gets the run-around. When she speaks to other agent she gets no follow through with what they say they're going to do. She has been with this company for over 15 years and never had any problems with the previous owner but everything went to hell when this new owner took over they have horrible customer service read more

I walked into the office with some questions about my auto policy and I was immediately greeted by Linda who went above and beyond to answer all my questions. She also spoke to me about the importance of having a life insurance and I definitely will be going back to get it. I'm not even going to give Ed Garcia 1 star. This agent added one of my daughter's to my auto policy without my consent. Over the course of 2 years they charged me an extra $200 dollars a month on my auto insurance. When I brought it up to their attention a while back, I told them to remove my daughter from this policy, they told me that I had to sign a form to exclude her. Funny thing is they added her without my consent and WITHOUT a signature. They never sent the forms and I completely forgot about it, but thought they had removed her because I had told them I never gave them permission to add her and to please remove her. 2 yrs later I was charged approximately $4800.00 for my daughter that NEVER drove my car, not once. I called the office, they gave me the run around, So I went in person and I spoke with the owner Ed Garcia, who told me he had nothing to do with adding my daughter and blamed corporate, he was also very rude. I had asked Jenny over the phone to reimburse me for every penny I paid for them adding my daughter without my consent and she offered to reimburse me $200. Ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the Department of Insurance, I'm going to see if I'm able to report them to the BBB and I'm looking into starting a possible class action lawsuit, since Jenny actually admitted to me I'm not the only person this has happened to. I had my auto and home insurance with Allstate, and just transferred to State Farm. I had been with Allstate for around 20+ years with the previous owner, Steve Kranz. I NEVER had any problems when Steve Kranz was the owner, Steve's workers were polite, knowledgeable, and ready to help whenever I had any questions. Since Ed Garcia took over and bought this business and got rid of Steve's workers, it all went down hill. His workers don't know what they're doing and would always have to "get back to me" when I had any questions. My new insurance agent is 5 mins away, explained everything thoroughly and was very polite and professional. My daughter has Allstate auto insurance and you best believe I'm gonna have her transfer to State Farm. Yelp doesn't give the option of giving 0 stars, I had to put at least one star to be able to post my review. My my actual review is ZERO stars. ZEROOOOO!!!! read more

I have to say Me and my husband got our life insurance here and Edwardo and Jenny sat down with us and went over everything with us from beginning to end . They discussed the coverages and the importance of it . It didn't feel like we were just being sold a policy but they were helping us to secure us and our lively hood along with our kids in mind .
