The initial agent who helped me back in April with my policy, Anthony Ramirez, deceived me. He didn't explain all of the details and nuances regarding the education discount, so now I am left without it and paying a much higher premium than agreed upon. It went from $222 a month to now $290 a month. That's more expensive than what I was paying with Allstate, and I left them after about 7 years because I was seeking a lower premium. I wouldn't have proceeded with the policy had I known all the proper details. It automatically left a bad taste in my mouth and made me feel like I want to switch over to another insurance company, but Lula basically canceled out all those ill feelings specifically during my phone call with her today. I'm still very much disappointed that the education discount wasn't communicated thoroughly and stripped away from me, but Lula at least got me out of my spiraling, anxiety inducing state.
