We had called ahead to see if they had a specific size in stock but were left on hold. We ended up making a reservation online easy enough, but wasn't the exact size we wanted. When we checked in we inquired if the slightly smaller trailer was available for us to switch to. The team was happy to oblige, but somehow we still ended up with the original size. Regardless, she'd was nice we got checked in easy, hooked up and price point was affordable for just a trailer. We got 24 hours and could drop off anytime before our frontal kick up time. Easy peasy! No issues and would visit this location again.

"I don't even want to start a 3 hour job right now" (this comment is concerning but I can understand their point of view with current severe weather conditions in AZ) The manager (Raymond Williams) pulled the employee into the side room and decided to address the situation immediately. However, the manner in which the situation was addressed is concerning. I could hear the manager yelling and scolding the employee with a very harsh tone and profanity. The whole situation made me feel uncomfortable and I cannot imagine how the employee was feeling. I decided to cancel my service/reservation and state my concern; management should never speak to their employees in such a way. I understand not wanting to be out in the heat for 3+ hours and there should be some type of accommodation for the employees to deter any similar issues in the future. I don't understand management dealing with their employees in such a belittling way. When I tried to address the situation with the manager, he seemed to be irritated at my concern for the employee. I will not be returning to this location and hope that this never happens again.

The older gentleman who helped me was funny, courteous, and made sure I knew how to use the truck and it's lift gate. A few signatures and I was on my way! I went to return the truck at the end of the day, refueled with no extra damage. The same gentleman who helped me that morning checked me in - he ran out to get the mileage and my total charge was less than I expected. A few signatures and I was out of there pretty quick. Great experience overall. Friendly service, low rates, and equipment that works... What's not to like? Will definitely come back for my moving needs, thanks Budget! P. S . The Serpentine Belt came loose and my husband lost complete control of the moving truck. Here's some info about this belt breaking. "If a serpentine belt breaks while driving, you will instantly lose power steering, the alternator will stop charging the battery, and the water pump will cease circulating coolant, causing the engine to overheat." We waited 9HOURS, for a "roadside assistance" operator to inform my husband and I know we could leave the truck and not sit there until the tow comes. 9 HOURS. In the desert. This is on top of calls to every number we could find that is associated with budget. A budget customer service agent threatened us that if we "abandoned" the truck. Budget would no longer honor our full coverage agreement. Our truck arrived after 11:00pm to our hotel. The only call we got today was from a roadside assistance worker who asked us "When can your truck be picked up." We let them know it was still full. He asked how long it would take us to empty it. Called Budget again and was told to drive the truck to a budget. No more calls to budget. This is the location we rented from. Called this location today and the woman who answered seems like someone who hates everything about her job and couldn't help because her manager was off until Monday. I think I was the DD for the first time in my life, but no better reason to DD than for your spouses birthday party! I set the itinerary, mapped out who I'm picking up from where. It felt like a fun two hour in town road trip, there were snacks, there were sodas, there were card games, we stopped for a pitstop at one point because of all the "are we there yet" comments from the peanut gallery in the back seat. We dined and danced and then I dropped everyone back home in reverse order from pickup. The van was comfortable, it was relatively easy to drive, the seats were clean and everyone had a great time not having to drive. What a fun 8 hours! $150 for a one day van rental was just right and I'll definitely do it again if I'm planning another night around town or a short trip with a big group of people!

During my extensive roadside vacation, I Internet researched trucks large enough to tow my toy hauler and of course found out enterprise can take care me. Internet Price didn't look too bad so four hours later I made that call to schedule a reservation. This location is fleet so it's only open for a couple hours on Saturday morning but that's good for me! The wonderful lady behind the counter, an angel sent from heaven's of the rental car gods, saw my extensive rental history and got me hooked up with a much better rate. Looks like Enterprise save the day, and of course they're awesome employee!!
