We're not talking any easy fixes here. But he made it all appear simple. My DVD-ROM drive refused to work, Norton Security had frozen my system from downloading drivers, it wouldn't connect to our WiFi or our wireless printer.... it had turned into the computer from hell. And it's only 1 1/2 years old! Jared came prepared. He not only fixed all of the above mentioned problems, he also downloaded better security software for us (free!) and cleaned up our hard drive.
