STAY AWAY!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND. I'd like to give 0 stars. I don't know if they are charging to keep a roof because it's empty or what. I got nails and feet polish (not gel) on a 5 and 6 year old. Each girl got a design on each hand. They charged $15 for one and $20 for the other for the design alone!!! Not including what I'm paying for the mani pedi combo. Who does that? I had just got my nails done and pedi earlier. But Never again!!! Find others to get over!! The polish came off with the 'design' after their bath!! Remind you they charged for a design that was a sticker and they put top coat on it. It was Not designed by hand! The owner should be ashamed! The owner's response was they don't work for charity. However, I paid $71 alone for a 5 and 6 year old! (PHOTOS ATTACHED). In the photos you will see the designs came off (no I didn't get gel on kids) and this was same day. So, $71 down the drain. I'm sorry, but there is no expectation of 'charity'. Especially for charging that amount for stickers. I guess that is more work than I thought... Plus i paid for my nails and pedi earlier that day. So why would I PAY for services and TIP, only to come back for 'charity'. Make it make sense. They put STICKERS on their hands for the design and now the owner is the one upset?! They had designs on 3 fingers for each hand (one child) and each on the other. I don't do this as a profession, but they are 'CHILDREN' with tiny hands/nails. Make it make sense. The owner seemed like she is obviously unprofessional and upset that I called it out. The owners unprofessional response speaks volumes to the reason the business review star is below 4 and the place being empty! It has allegedly been proven that "we" are allegedly up charged for services. I am unsure if this happened, but I do know this doesn't make sense. I don't understand the reason why the owner running a business, seemed angry and unprofessional. The owner showed her unprofessionalism to others. The best of luck to this place. I've gone a few times and it has always been great however today I went to get a manicure with french tip gel and the results were horrible after multiple attempts to get it correct and a couple employees trying their best. the white gel was left smeared all over my entire nail bed and cuticles, the French tip itself was uneven in each nail over all I paid tip for the efforts but this manicure was not up to standards, I did attempt to correct several times and although they were trying it every single nail came out different and not one was a crisp clean french tip. read more

Nathan did a good job on my nails. However, while he was treating my hands with parrafin wax, he got wax on my recently purchased jeans. He took a hot towel and barely wiped it off. He told me just to use hot water and never once apologized or discounted my bill. I put stain remover on them and washed them in detergent and hot water and they are still permanently stained from the oil in the wax. He also upcharged me for tips and length without disclosing it to me ahead of time. Tammy did a good pedicure, but I barely felt the massage. It wasn't good at all. I will not be going back after having my jeans ruined. read more

I want to give 0 stars. I rarely treat myself to a pedicure but I did here and now I'm having to deal with 4 ingrown toenails which I've never had. The lady that did my pedicure made almost every one of my toe cuticles bleed and my heels were still dry and cracked. Do NOT recommend this place. read more

This place has the worst nail technicians I've ever had in my life. Like honestly I'm shocked of the some what decent photos on here. I will never come here again because thankfully I'm in california and we have way better prices for a better job. 1.They cut TWO of my cuticles to the point of bleeding. 2. I just moved here from California, and this is the first nail spot I've been to. Holly did an excellent job on my nails and Susan did a wonderful job on my toes. Felt so relaxed. I've been her before and it was great my nails lasted longer than usual, my second time here it's a Saturday afternoon and their busy but I was told it'd be a 10-15 minute wait so I waited. When I was sat my pedicure was started eventually but I waited one hour to get my nails started. Once he removed my set he went on to do 3 children's manicures that came in after me. I asked 2 times when my nails were going to be started. 5 people that came in after me were started servicing but I'm leaving after 2 hours like this They litterally were unwilling to offer me ANY discount and demanded I pay the full $65 for my pedicure. Whatever man I talked to was not regretful at all about having a customer leave his salon looking the way my hands do, losing a customer, me causing a scene because I have to go to work like this, and his employee not getting tipped because he demanded me pay full price. I found Allure when they first opened and have not left. Now they are under management and I found my techs. Lena did a amazing job on my nails and Mya gives a great pedi. I have never experienced such poor customer service and quality in my 15 years of getting my nails done. I went in for a pedicure and Nexgen nail set and it took over two hours. The techs were so sweet to begin with until I asked for a specific shape, she acted frustrated and made me feel very uncomfortable. In addition to a low level of customer service, the cuticle on my nails were never done so after day three they looked a week grown out, they were too thick and all different shapes and sizes and she cut my nail twice. When I was checking out I explained that I was very unhappy and the manager acknowledged that they we not the best but refused to give me a discount or take the cost off all together. This company doesn't care about their customers or retaining their services. I will never be returning to this salon. read more

5 stars for Nexgen. Went here to get my nails done 2 weeks because its new and right by my house.. so I thought I would try it out! fell in love with them, probably my best set I've ever had! Fast forward to now, had a bad day so I wanted a pedicure. I'm thinking I'll go ahead and treat myself to a more expensive pedi so I can relax and soak up that 20 min massage. Pedicure was rushed through, one of the main reasons I get a pedicure is for the massage and they never even put lotion on my legs! Just used the hot stones.... I felt it wasn't worth the money at all and I felt uncomfortable after I asked the lady about it... where the lotion was and or the 20 min massage that I was paying for. Get home and realize that she didn't even put a top coat on my nails so their already wearing off.. Beautiful salon, but I won't be back for a pedicure. read more

Alex has absolutely horrible customer service. I have been coming to Allure Nail Bar for over 2 months now regularly and had finally felt like I had found my permanent spot. Lee usually did my pedicures and I have never had any issue with my pedicures until about 9 days ago when he was unavailable for my scheduled appointment with him. I called at 3 pm that days and spoke to Alex and stated I wanted to come in but wasn't sure what time yet and asked if lee was there and he replied yes he was and that once I know what time, please give him a call back. I called again at 5 pm and spoke to a woman (I believe an owner) and she told me to come at 6 and that they are a little backed up. I came and waited over an hour before Alex had his kid sister come tell me that Lee would not be available for my appointment and that I can either choose to leave or continue to wait.. how uncomfortable for a young girl to have to come and tell a customer their appointment needs to be moved ! I was very upset but decided to continue with the appointment and got Susan (who is very nice) to do my pedicure. Lee did my nails once he was available. I didn't leave until almost 8:30 when I arrived at 6. when I asked Susan if my nails were dry she said yes and I even waited a half hour in my car before heading home to shower and put socks on. When I did this, my toes were ruined. I showed up the next day to have my toes fixed and Alex told me that nail polish takes more than several hours to dry (never been told this or had an issue with this EVER) and that I should not have put socks on even though I was told I could. He was rude and stated they will fix them this time but it'll "once again" take hours to dry. I waited SIX hours before putting shoes on and yet again my toes were messed up. A week after I got my nails done , one nail popped off completely and four more started lifting.. 2 days later another popped off. I asked Alex to have them fix it (my third trip here for the same set of nails) and he was rude and short with me. Lee fixed my nails which I appreciate and then as I was leaving I tried to explain my frustration to Alex. After not being able to successfully convey my frustration, I asked for the owners contact info and Alex said I may not have it. I wasnt offered any kind of discount, no reimbursement, and left with a bad taste in my mouth. I have had one other issue with Alex prior to this in which he rubbed his arm along his nose right before starting my nails .. I asked if he wouldn't mind using germ x before starting my nails (without explaining why) and he took extreme offense and was rude and quiet the entire service. As stated before I am a regular customer and I have also brought mew clients here with me and i make sure to really take care of anyone that does my nails and was treated like nothing but a nuisance. The conversation eventually got to be so confrontational in nature that I recorded it and I'm glad I did. A waste of time and money. read more

He offered no solutions even though the reason she went back was to address some issues about the quality of the manicure, and pedicure instead he argued over her without even letting her finish talking. Jerry did my NexGen and when the first color turned out to be different than what I expected, he immediately offered to redo them. I picked another color and was delighted with how they look. I came here because it was on the way to my errands. I typically go to Artisan Nails & Spa in Princeton. I'll be sure to go there even if it's out of the way. I came for a pedicure and decided to get a gel manicure also since I got $10 off my pedicure for doing both services. The man doing my gel nails had some bad B.O. I asked him not to cut my nails and just file, but he cut my pinky nail and said so they would all be even, but I didn't care. I prefer the length. This is why I never get my nails done and only toes. I don't think he spent much time cutting my cuticles. Either A.N.S. spends more time on their work or they just have greater attention to detail. The place looks nice, but the UV light box was dirty and that turned me off. Go here if you must, but I still prefer A.N.S. read more

Did nothing but continue to ask me Does it hurt baby do you want to cry Are you gonna cry? Anyway my hurt Bad. The eyelashes looked awful. I ended up in the er. I had a huge scratch on my eye. That cost me 750.00 I had to go to an eye doctor the next day that wasv240.00 They haven't done. Anything for me. Did not even refund my money. I need to be reimbursed. Just awful.
