UPDATE: I had originally given them 5 stars however, 2 of my nails came right of after like 6 days (today) and I was only able to take one in and they charge me to get the other one fixed which should not be the case since they just came right off. Still great service and friendly staff. So now it's for like a 3 star as quality is a must for me. Also when we schedule to be fixed we asked for the same girl so nails could be consistent and was told okay but when we got there she was busy for the next hour and got someone else that left the nails good but not matching the shape of the other ones, quite a bit thicker. Ballerina shape vs square. They are so friendly, and because if that they don't get a 1-star. It was my first time coming to this salon and I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in everyone was attentive. I have previously gone to salons and I do not like their work. Clean, friendly, high quality nail salon. I went in with my sister and niece for pedicures. We got the deluxe pedicures with gel and my niece got the children's pedicure. They were extremely attentive and definitely gave us our moneys worth. They actually took time to scrub and really clean everything up. They were also perfectionists with their polish application. Each nail tech made excellent conversation and enhanced our experience tenfold. The tech working on my niece was very patient and did a phenomenal job working with such a little one. It was my first time there and I was nervous because it was a gift for my sister to give her some relaxation time but I'm so glad we went. I will definitely be back! I have zero complaints. There were no hidden fees, no pressure to add on services, no negative attitudes, no questionable tools utilized. So disappointed! I tried going a few months ago but they were completely booked so when I called today and they said they could see me same day without an appointment I jumped at the opportunity, totally wished I didn't. Although it was quick to get in I regret it. I got home and my husband who never pays much attention quickly said how terrible my gel pedicure was. I looked at it closer and noticed that 4 of my toes currently still have remnants of my old nail polish color. The gel is stuck to my toes and the polish doesn't cover my entire nail. Extremely disappointed. I truly wanted to love this place but it isn't worth the $51 (simple gel polish pedicure). read more

Such a great new addition to the east side! Brian and Mia took such great care of my nails this afternoon. The salon is clean and comfortable, everyone is so nice. I got the Allure mani and pedi with regular polish as well as eyebrow wax. The cost was extremely reasonable considering the level of service. I have paid more for similar service at other places in town with nowhere near the level of detail. My nail polish is perfect. The massages and scrubs and all the extras were fantastic. Brian and Mia were always making sure I was comfortable, temperatures were good, etc. I will absolutely be back regularly!! read more

Me and my grand daughter went in to get gel pedicures and my grand daughter also got a full set of nails which came out great now the pedicures we paid $61 each and they were done very fast, we paid extra for the leg massage which was just ok but not relaxing at all the staff was nice and polite but the service seemed rushed and there was no waiting. the next day my gel was peeling off. read more

Such a clean, welcoming and friendly environment. My favorite part is the honesty about wait times. Most nail places lie to you about how long it will be until your turn, but Allure nails will tell you up front when asked. Mia is great at nails and she's very nice. My favorite thing about Mia is that she checks in with me along the way to make sure I'm liking the way my nails are coming along (length, shape & such ) I recommend this place for sure. I would leave NO STAR if possible. To start off my friend and I both went in for pedi's and mani's. I will provide a picture of the guy I had, the rudest guy there! I had the worst service. My money was not worth spending there and it sucks because it was my first time at this location. Didn't clean my toenails AT ALL, I asking if he can cut my nails shorter and he got mad and noticed I was chatting with my friend so he didn't do as I asked, acting like I didn't realize. Worst pedicure I have ever got. After he finished I asked for his name and he paused for a whole minute thinking, he knew I was gonna leave a review and tried playing his name off, I heard Jerry or Jeremy if I'm not mistaken. And then told me I needed to get gel because I had shoes with socks and no sandals. Like I know damn well every place got those floppy sandals for customers. And then I told him "don't u guys have the sandals?!" And says oh you want those? Like ???? Just do ur job PLEASE. After the pedicure me and my friend should be able to do our manicures together but they split us up and made me wait a whole hour while she got hers done and as walking in customers were helped before I was. I never have gone to get my toes done but my sister invited me to go with her she works a lot and couldn't find any openings close to us so she picks this place based off the reviews we get there the people are very welcoming the place is nice but I have to say I got a toe nail infection that same day and I was freaking out went to Urgent care and they confirmed it was an infection with that said never coming back :-/ Also when they cut my big toe nail which is the one that got infected it hurt and bled a bit but since I've never had my toes done I thought okay maybe that's normal ? but nope asked around and my toe nail was not cut properly. read more

My daughter and I have been to this place several times and have had decent service. The place is more upscale than most others of this type. This last visit was a big disappointment. I'll start by saying I was negligent in paying attention to what was being done. However, I have had gel polish removed before at this place with complete satisfaction. I wanted my gel polish removed and regular polish put on. I wondered why the polish was so rough afterwards and it wasn't until I was taking it off tonight that I realized he never removed the gel, only the top part of color. Additionally, we both got the regular gel pedis and the other guy missed on of my daughter's toes. Again, didn't notice that until the next day. I made an appointment for 6 and I think the nail tech wanted to go home. My nail tech used a drill to fix my cuticles, did not clip my cuticles (which needed it). The massage was seconds long, he did not file my nail after he clipped them so they are rough and snag on my clothing, also there is nail polish all around the nails. Not worth the money it cost to upgrade to a better pedicure. If you go I would get just the basic pedicure. read more
