So I usually come here but my last visit was not it, I came for toes French tips with a letter s on the side and lady was not understanding me and decided to do hearts instead and than when I told her again she said was like okay what color and said white and decided to do them again but in white, so I told her agin and wrote it again threw text because maybe it was language barrier that she wasn't understanding me. So she said oh and than I told her you know what do you just have sticker so it much easier and she said yes so I gave her the one I wanted and told her where I wanted l. She decided to put the letter backwards and not in the right place and telling her and was still doing it wrong and got to the point I grab her hands and guided how to place it and she still decided to put it totally different. Which I ended giving up. As well my friend went to do her nails showed the nail tech what type of design she wanted on her nails they said they were able to do that and while they were doing her nails, she told them that she didn't like the certain way how the Nail design was they did not look exactly like the picture The nail tech got upset and instead of trying to fix them was telling her that's how they look in the picture then fix them and didn't exactly the same so she decided just to take off the hearts and just make them all look the same when she told the nail tech he was upset told her she had it away and was fine we waited and after we waited, he took the color off did a whole different type of color on her nail that wasn't the same color as the other ones and did it half fast on the nails the vibe was very off after we came back and told him about this and while they're fixing my friends nails, you could tell they're very judging and talking in their language read more

Called and made an appointment, ( last minute ) I was greeted immediately by the reception, I was asked to sign in and be seated someone would be available shortly. Not even 2 minutes I was shown my seat and greeted by Jason . I really didn't know what I wanted so I flipped thru the handy dandy Pinterest ... all free hand and absolutely beautiful ! PS. This place was great. I had an issue with the pedicure and the nails digging into cuticle. I called first to share with them what the issue was and they said no problem come in and we fix it. Well I came in and after their inspection they advised me that there was no infection and the reason it's digging in is because of my shoes. Seriously that was not the issue but they would be more than happy to give me the privilege of paying again so they can correct their error. Even though this is my regular mani and Pedi place, they did not care. It's great until there is an issue. So words of advice find another place that stands behind their service and save yourself the pain and discomfort of sloppy work. read more

Lovely atmosphere, I brought my 18 month old with me and she was soothed by the classical music playing :) all the workers here were polite to all the guests (that I saw) and I like that they have different payment options like zelle and Venmo ! This place has my business for life. I normally go to another nail salon but they were fully booked. I came here because of the rating was a 4.5 and decided to try something new. The salon is very beautiful and welcoming. I sat down to get my nails done and the attitude and friendliness of the staff is really amazing! I never had such welcoming attitude. It was really positive. I got a classic French tip full set and a pedicure. I left really happy with my nails. However, less than 48 hours 2 of them came off. (Middle finger & thumb) I called the salon and the manager was able to fix them for me for free but they did not look the same and were thicker when I my right pinky then came off. I don't want to be calling to be getting them fixed and for free because I know they lose on product. I would like to come here again but I don't want to be paying $100 for nails that pop off within 3 days. Today is 6 days later and they came completely off. read more

This is by far the worst waxing experience I have ever had. The lady has no idea what she was doing, and half of one eyebrow is literally missing. And then she tried to blame it on whoever did my eyebrows last time. It's been 2 months since I last did eyebrows so that's not even possible. It was definitely her. There's still a bunch of wax in the middle of my eyebrow on one side as well. I won't be back and I really advise you don't risk it. My eyebrows looked better before I came here. read more

wow. I absolutely loved my experience here!! I felt like a pampered princess. I am getting ready for my gender, reveal this weekend and. I cannot tell you how great this place was and how friendly they were. Also tracy was my nail technician who absolutely did amazing. Umm, I was a walk in and asked for a pedicure. Noticed most of their clients schedule appointments. Glad they took me in. Only thing is I told the lady providing the pedicure I didn't want gel on my toes. Honestly, I hate gel. It always looks like a blob on each of my toes and it takes a while to remove. Not only that but when it dries there's always blotches. The ladies switched and communication was off between them. By the time I could correct, she had her little light on my foot. Was very unsatisfied. I paid $62 plus gratuity. I really need to find a place where I'm understood. Lack of English communication is what makes me not want to go back. First, I'd like to say that this nail salon looks lovely and clean! I went for a pedicure and the service was pretty good, but the prices seem to be a bit high compared to other salons. I personally didn't like that the rollers in the massaging chairs felt as if there was nothing between the roller and the back of the chair. So the pressure was good at first but my back felt sore the next day. However, to be fair it is a salon and if I wanted a good massage, I probably should've booked and paid for a masseuse lol. ;) read more

I took my daughter here for a special day, which we rarely get to do. After spending hours deciding on a ghost design for her nails we finally got to go. I made the appointment and I requested regular polish. The technician kept pushing for gel, but I made it clear that I couldn't pay extra and we didn't mind waiting for the polish to dry so they can do the design. He agreed. However, instead of doing the nail art, they simply applied stickers and charged me $42. This is extremely disappointing since I could have done the same at home for $5 myself. The whole reason we went is because I do not know how to paint nail art. When I addressed it, the technician implied it was my fault for not upgrading to gel polish when he never once mentioned to me they couldn't do it and had to do stickers instead. After being a loyal customer for over a year, I'm unhappy with the lack of effort and the assumption that I'd accept this service. I won't be returning. read more

my sister & i were searching for the perfect nail salon to get our nails done. i knew the best place to find one was on yelp & we were definitely not disappointed. the pictures of the beautiful modern & classy interior drew us in & me being a sucker for reviews, we just had to try it out. when we arrived, we were immediately greeted & welcomed by the whole entire staff. customer service was top notch & they really truly wanted everyone to feel comfortable & relaxed upon arrival. we were asked if we wanted anything to drink (water, coke, or diet coke were our options). very excellent hosting skills among the staff members. my sister & my niece both were seated together, adjacent to me. the nail tech (please forgive me, i cannot remember his name ) immediately began on my niece's nails. she got a fill & color change. she went went a beautiful lilac purple with darker purple glitter accents, very beautiful! after a little bit, they began on mine. i opted for the full set, almond shape. i wanted something that wasn't too long (my job involves a lot of typing) but still made me feel beautiful. the nail tech (sorry, i can't remember her name neither ) clipped them to the perfect length, couldn't be happier! i chose a royal matte blue with glossy accents & gems. im so happy with how they turned out. my tech was amazing, everyone was to be honest. my sister also had a fill done & she opted for a color change as well & got an army green with glitter bronze accents. super gorgeous on her this place is amazing. their catering skills & customer service is ON. POINT. to prove it to you, when we got there, we were immediately served because it wasn't as busy. as soon as we were served, people came flooding in. 2 groups of girls had appointments at specific times. 1 group had 4 girls & the other group was only 2 girls. another set of people walked in with their kids. each & every person that walked into that building was greeted & welcomed. they were helped & had their questions answered swiftly & promptly. i was super impressed with how naturally smooth they handled the influx of people that came in, in the short amount of time we spent there. the calm state that they were in is to be appreciated, they handled it just beautifully. truly, well done! we will definitely be coming back for a fill & pedicures very soon. found our new favorite place! even living a bit away, the quality of service & care makes the drive worth every bit. read more
