I've always been treated real well here and the work has always been good the only thing I can say is this place probably has people who can't apply acrylic nails in a way to where it looks nice and smooth Any time someone I know gets the fake nails here they always have a problem butt if you're getting Gel or Dip powder they're excellent!!! Just ditch the fake nails ladies and grow your real nails out but anyways I still love this place I really don't understand the bad reviews read more

This work place has good service,but one thing that is not acceptable is that they do not follow Covid-19 regulations of social distancing of six feet on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays because they are busy. They seat people right next to one another and failed to sanitize the chairs after each use. They did not limit people in the shop. We need good service but also a safe environment. I can't recommend this place as the Manicurist did a terrible job. I got the classic mani and pedi with a half ass enthusiasm from the manicurist. She was definitely trying to finish up quickly to move onto the next client. I didn't get the full treatment that includes a lotion massage on my hands nor did she clean my cuticles. We went on the the 4th of April and my nail polish is already peeling. Don't waste your money. Plus she cut my toe and I've been keeping it clean so I don't get an infection. One of the worst experiences, very rude people and they did a horrible job, halfway through getting my nails done I informed the lady that they were all crooked, the nails and the polish... Then she got an attitude and told me that the design that I wanted was not easy and they are busy... She should've told me that in the beginning. Then she soaked some of the polish off and then cut the nails off and told me I can go somewhere else, when I asked her not to soak my hands in acetone she told me they "can't afford to use aluminum foil or anything else because it's going to waste their time and money" since I'm not getting a "manicure", Then to top it off she left nail polish on my skin and didn't even want to fully refund me, I had to go back-and-forth with her for a bit. Just tried this place for the first time today 6/25/18 So my first impression was not a good one as I came in as a walk in, was told I'd be next and then sat for almost 35 mins as other walk ins were helped before me.. I got up to leave and then was sat immediately. I got a full set and a petticure and so far they're great. No complaints . Love the color/style/material choices. Minus one star for being dismissed at beginning but I guess its understandable they were busy. Save your money...two weeks ago I had a manicure done here. It was really bad and the cashier tried to overcharge me. I will never leave a bad review without giving the business one more try. Well first of all, I asked the guy if he could do what I wanted if not I could pick another style. He said he could but that's not what I got. He was doing my hands when I notice the middle finger was shorter than the rest. So I told him if he can do them all shorter. But he was only doing the two next to the finger. Now the thumb looked bigger than the rest, I also told him to file that down. After I went to went my hands, I heard him telling everyone around me that I was picky. So I went to him and said I didn't think I was picky so to make things easier for him just do two nails on each hand because I knew he was gonna mess up anyways. He was looking at the picture but it wasn't anything close to the way I wanted. I paid 61 dollars for this mess that I didn't want. He shouldn't have done it in the first place. read more

I got set of gel x nails and the very next day one nail popped off no problem went they took care of it. Now 2 days later another nail popped off. After the guy gave me a bad pedicure where he didn't even out the top coat on the whole nails. Giving this place 4 stars over all it was a nice and clean place and all the workers seemed very nice The only things I didn't like was they took a very long time to do a pedicure and full set I was there for more then 2 hours they didn't do my pedicure and nails at the same time which is how they usually do it so that's why I was there for a long time! Also it was kinda warm in there so hopefully next time they turn on the air higher! Will go back but will defiantly make an Appt.
