I got a full set here on Saturday, the work was decent and I liked how my nails looked but by the next day, 9 out of 10 nails were lifting. I was upset and called, they were nice enough to redo all my nails however, two days later they're all lifting again. I've been doing my nails for years and have not had this happen before. They're either using cheap products or skipping a step. I'm not sure. Regardless, I've never had a worse nail salon experience. Ya'll don't even understand how bad this was!!! I hate giving bad reviews but I must WARN you ! I got a pedicure today ($45) Gel polish that was the simple one ! The lady kept saying everything is $10 extra ! She said glitter $10 extra matte top coat $10 taking off my gel polish $5 extra adding acrylic to my broken toe was $5 on just one toe ... the lady was ruff with my toes ! She cut me quite a few times from filing my nails so hard! I had bloody toes (not exaggerating). The toe she filled in is crooked and very thick and chubby. I'm sorry but the only reason I came to this place was because my place was closed Monday. Sorry but there will be no next time for me. Think twice EDIT: I'm coming back to edit my review it's been 6 days since I went to get my toes done and there is cuts and a small hole in one of my fingers!!! I came in wanting a red ombré dip powder, and the lady who did my nails told me no one gets a red ombré, but that she would try her best to do it. Kind of shook me when she said that. Long story short, she struggled so much with the red, I ended up getting a simple nude. I wanted a cursive M on my ring finger, she couldn't do it either so she put a stamp, that completely ruined the gel underneath & she did not take the time to fix it. Plus the woman started laughing and talking about it to her co workers. Last time I ever come here again. The man who works here is great, i couldn't catch his name.. Worst experience EVER. The lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. They are so unorganized, they do not keep track of who came in first. They make you sit at the pedicure chair for a long time before putting the water on for you. My daughter and I put our names down at 10:30 and didn't leave until 1:30. Sanitation and infection control procedures are non existent herCustomer service is terrible, I asked for dip powder nails and the technician let me know that they did not have that when there was an entire wall stocked on dip powders. She told me I wanted acrylic. I allowed her to continue and a couple minutes later the lady next to me was receiving a dip powder service. I asked for a shape, showed her a picture and picked a shape from their booklet that resembled what I wanted and no matter how many times I asked her to fix the shape she would not. I asked her for a glitter color because they have many booklets to chose from, I told her I wanted some with charms on the glitter and she brought me a booklet with just what I was looking for and when I told her which one I wanted she let me know that they didn't have any of those colors. I was frustrated and had to pick another color from another booklet. The technician next to me was done with 3 clients before she was done with mine and not to mention the various cuts I received on my cuticles. She kept looking at me like I didn't know what I wanted or what any of this was. But h am a cosmetologist and did learn acrylic nails, this by far was the worst service I received. The reason they have such bad reviews is because they try to skim everyone of their money. I'm already paying $35 for a plain gel pedicure & they are charging an extra $5 for removing my previous gel. I came in for a pedicure on a Wednesday evening around 5pm. They were pretty busy, I'd guess around 85% capacity in their chairs. They were able to take me in right away since they had plenty of employees working. They are very professional, and seem very clean and hygenic, with a fresh bag in the spa/massage chair with each customer and a new sanitized bag of tools for each customer as well. They asked me to take a seat right away and almost instantly handed me books with nail colors to look through and choose from. Once I chose my color, they handed me a price menu to choose what type of pedicure I wanted. I chose the $20 spa pedicure with your basic nail polish removal, cuticle removal, nail trim/file, scrub with pumice stone all over foot, and scrub/lotion on feet and calves. (They charge an extra $1 or so extra to use your credit card since they use something similar to square/clover) no extra fee for cash, and they stuck to charging me a flat $20 which I was quoted at the beginning for my pedi. The pedicure itself was in my top 10% of overall pedicures I've had. But definetely not the worst I've had. I think it's worth their price. The technician took her time and made my feet/nails look amazing compared to when I walked in. Overall, it's close to my home and I will definitely be back! read more

Honestly I just paid 40 dollars for a full set, and I'm extremely displeased. My nails were suppose to be coffin and I have no idea what type of shape they were made into. All my nails are completely different sizes and shapes. The lady who did my nails made them too short, when I specifically asked for long nails.
