Told him I've got a badly dripping tub spout and also a hissing toilet. His son Andrew arrived at 8:30 today, right on time! (Even though this was no emergency...refreshing.) Andrew was polite and quick and helpful. It's funny...what a Home Warranty company told me years ago (when it was a tiny, minor drip) would require "chainsawing through the travertine tile to fix"...Andrew fixed in less than an hour after a quick drive to Lowe's to get the parts! AND NO TILE DESTRUCTION WAS INVOLVED! He said only one side was dripping but said we could be proactive and fix both (original) for a reduced, packaged price...which was of course a no brainer and very appreciated. Then he fixed my hissing toilet (which my hubby said later he could've done himself...but he had the chance when I told him it was hissing, so....)...I was just happy to have all the dripping and all the noises stopped. Quickly and for a fair price. Would definitely recommend!!! (Also really appreciated Andrew's slip off boots, which he politely asked if should be removed and had no issues with doing so!)
