Messaged them on Yelp requesting to make an appointment for an estimate on an expansion tank. The woman I was messaging confirmed our appointment on 11/4 at exactly noon. Noon comes around and nobody was at my house. I messaged her on Yelp after 12 and after reading the message, she calls my husband (whose contact info I had listed to call) and she then proceeds to blatantly LIE to him and say that she told me the appointment was from 12-3. NOWHERE in the Yelp messages we have did she give a time frame whatsoever. She confirmed exactly NOON on 12/4. When he called her out on her lie, she proceeded to lie again. She then told him the plumber could be at our house in 30-45 min, which would be before 1. When he had her call the plumber to confirm he would be there before 1, she called my husband back and then told him that the plumber would be there at 1:15, again lying when she said he'd be there in 30-45 min. We ended up cancelling due to the complete lack of respect and regard for keeping a set appointment time. Overall, the entire encounter was completely completely unprofessional, dishonest, and a complete disregard for our time. Do NOT recommend. read more
