We stayed in Unit #3, but all of the units are nearly identical (other than furniture colors and artwork). The two bedroom was perfect for the two of us and the apartment had all of the kitchen and bathroom amenities you could hope for too. Given the construction is fairly new, the A/C was amazing, the water temperature and pressure was great, and the Smart TV worked perfectly (and included Netflix to boot). The main drag of Atlantic Avenue was literally 2 minutes away, so you could roll out of bed for some coffee or chocolate. I was a huge fan and will certainly come back again! The hosts and their cleaning crew were kind, communicative, and gracious.

Our room was very clean and housekeeping visited frequently to see if we needed anything else. We certainly never saw a single cockroach, but given that this is Florida (helloooo!), I wouldn't have freaked out anyway. All of the staff we dealt with -- housekeeping, parking valets, beach staff, reception and restaurant staff -- were super-professional, polite and friendly. We got many of our meals at the Latitudes restaurant, which is very attractive, and all meals were excellent. The beach was pretty nice (see below), with clean water and no rip currents, and so was the pool. The rest of the guests were polite and courteous, too. Slamming a hotel for not allowing late checkout is unfair, IMO -- everyone wants that but MOST hotels, in my experience, don't allow it! The only reasons I deducted one star were: #1, the beach could have been better maintained. There was a ton of seaweed, jeep tire tracks, occasional cigarette butts, bottle caps, etc. We've been to other resorts where they rake and tidy the beach frequently, so this would have been nice. #2, our bathroom was very small, there were not enough towel rods, no drying rack for swimsuits and no luggage rack. We asked housekeeping for the latter two items but they said not available. We love to swim and really struggled to find ways to dry our suits and bath towels. Anyway, on the whole, we were quite happy with this place.

We arrived 5 days ago on Saturday and the hot tub jets were not working with a sign posted that maintenance was working on repair. Three days later the weather got cold and we really are looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. Still Broken :( We went to the office to inquire a to when it would be fixed and the lady didn't even know it was broken ?? The lady called to another lady in the other room and asked if she knew the hot tub was down. The lady snapped back "tell them it gets fixed when it gets fixed" (insert nasty tone here). Neither one of them could have cared less! NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!

The 1 bedroom unit was immaculate and everything anyone might need was provided. That included a coffeemaker, blender, safe, ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryer, convertible sofa, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, soft water, a big bathtub with shower, and a great king size mattress in the bedroom. Nice pool and garden like grounds too. The ocean and beach are just out the front gate and across A1A. They even provided beach towels. Three good restaurants only a block away. Secure parking. We could not have been happier! I award an A++ to the management and staff. Room rate was only $120 plus tax. Expect higher in season of course.
