I was passing through Novato and decided to try this poke spot. I like how there's an order sheet you fill out and hand to the cashier when you're ready rather than choose everything as they go. The price and size were average, however the fish quality was not favorable- I got the salmon and it definitely looked and tasted far from fresh, similar to grocery store sushi and the bowl was soggy with sauce. The food came out quick and the cashier was nice.

Ambiance: 3/5 Small space but clean and had cute Japanese pop art wall decor. Food: 3.5/5 I had the Wintermelon green tea with boba (no option to adjust sugar but it was perfectly not too sweet and boba was fresh and chewy). My bowl had two proteins salmon and tuna. It was filling but not the freshest fish. I thought my bowl was yummy and even had to finish the other half at home because of how full I got. Service: 2/5 I was the only customer, so I was a bit confused about having to fill out an order card. The tea I wanted was on the display menu but not listed on the card. So I had to ask for it to be added to my order.

I've been wanting to check out this spot for a while now because Poke and why not? It's pretty good. Not drop everything I'm doing and go there good but pretty good. The genius of this place is the speed. I went there with a friend and our daughters for a Daddy/Daughter double lunch date. It was a nice and clean place which is always nice. They also offer some asian snacks and noodle bowls to go. We all ordered a round of Poke Bowls and Mango Milk Tea. Both were delicious and I was amazed at the speed it came out. I got a mix of salmon and Spicy Tuna. If you like spicy food I would recommend getting a spicy sauce. Just a FYI. This place is great because it offers ALL the sides. Corn, jalapeno's, onions, etc etc. It's a nice touch. To limit mistakes I might recommend filling out the order form instead of verbally ordering. Something odd though was we got 2 boba drinks and only 1 came with ice. It wasn't a big deal but I thought that was odd. Will I go back? Absolutely. See you there!

This location had just a grand opening last October 1, 2022 about 8 days ago. It is an American-Japanese fast food as well as Bubble Tea. My son ordered me the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with white rice. Chicken were bland and dried. For a teriyaki dish it was lacking of the sauce. For $10.95 its not worth it. The bowl was deep that contained more rice but chicken pieces were dpread out on top but not smothered with sauce. I had the Lychee Fruit Tea which tasted watered down with no lychee flavor as I expected it to have. It had a fleshy lychee fruit which tasted stale, can't taste it hmmm the lychee flavor. I hope the teriyaki will have more sauce!!!

My daughter loves their jasmine and honey boba teas (their Thai tea boba is ok - I prefer Pearl's Thai tea boba). So we decided to try their poke: Daughter said her chicken teriyaki bowl was a little dry but tasted fine. I ordered the hot beef yakitori poke with 1/2 rice 1/2 lettuce and additional veggies with sesame sauce. When I opened the container I was surprised to see ramen on top. Upon closer inspection, this was the "beef" fat. I separated the fat from the very thinly sliced beef (pictures attached) and it was about 10% meat and 90% fat!! The taste is fine, but "WHERE'S THE BEEF??"

Enjoyed the poke bowl and fairly good value for the amount of food. Good assortment of options. Teriyaki salmon was also good

Best I've ever had. We had the spicy tuna roll, California roll with real crab, Salmon citrus roll, red dragon roll, McFarland trout sushi, sake salmon sushi, baby snapper sushi, hon maguro sushi and uni for dessert. Best uni I've ever had by far. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the pleasant weather. Wish we lived closer and we will certainly return whenever we are back in the area. Service was exceptional. We've actually been here before, which is why we made a reservation this time, we already knew it would be worth it. We ordered several appetizers to share, including the shrimp and scallop dumplings, asparagus gyoza, and a few other small plates. Everything was delicious. For entrees, I ordered the seafood nigiri, while others at the table had the ramen, beef teriyaki, and salmon teriyaki. Every dish came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. It's one of those places where everyone at the table is happy with what they ordered, and the quality has been consistent every time we've visited. Definitely a great stop after a day in wine country.

It is very true that it is difficult to get in this spot during peak hours. A waitlist will have you on point, but you will still have to wait a little bit to get in. Trust me - it's all worth it. The team of hosts and wait staff treats you kindly, even though there's the "stress" of a wait. Once seated in the dimly lit space, everything happens more quickly. Your order is taken and it's not long before you get some plates coming your way. The food. Amazing. Simply delicious. Well thought out, fresh and well presented. I had the black sesame asparagus - the sauce so incredible. Then the sake sashimi was melt in your mouth quality. And a couple well equipped rolls satisfied every desire. Wine by the glass on the list, besides beers and sake. A must-go sushi place for the Bay Area. Along with Sake 107 in Petaluma, Kirala in Berkeley and Ebisu in SF -- this is a place you need to visit.

First, the takeout menu is a shadow of its former self. It's so simple that deciding what to order is a challenge, but not in a good way. The restaurant was mostly empty except for throngs of people at the bar. Also, lines were waiting for pickup orders. I wanted a bottle of sake. Had I known how long outer wait would be and the price for the sake, I would have walked to the liquor store in Fairfax and back. Finally, 39 minutes later our order was ready. We didn't get chop sticks, but the food was there. The sushi was okay, the sashimi was fine but not special. The rice, which I had raved about before, was not around. We got plain rice that I could have made at home. I get that every place has an off day, but this was extremely expensive and frustrating for us. Judging by the frantic rush of servers and disgruntled customers, no one was enjoying the experience.
