Today was the best day on the water with Larry and Jarrin. They couldn't have been more accommodating to our family group of 10! We caught 16 fish, saw at least 50 whales and enjoyed a beautiful relaxing and exciting day. If you are looking to book a charter in Maui, I highly recommend, they are the best. We had a mixed group from experienced fishers to first timers and everything was so smooth. Jarrin even fillet all of our fish so fast and amazing, we are cooking at our airbnb tonight.

Had a great morning snorkeling. The staff is amazing. They made sure we were comfortable and having fun. They served breakfast and lunch both surprisingly very delicious. Their boat is smaller and fits about 25 people I want to say........ which is better I believe than those huge boats that carry over a hundred. The Molokini Crater is a wonderful place to snorkel to see lots of colorful fish, and coral reef. I highly recommend Aloha Blue Charters.

My family and I are on a 12 day vacation in Maui and we booked a 5 hour adventure with Aloha Blue to go snorkeling and fishing. We arrived and they were very prompt and explained everything really clearly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the boat. The boat was clean and very safe. The crew was extremely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make this an amazing trip. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Thank you so much for the amazing trip! And letting us have our tournament

Larry and Jarren were amazing. It's only 4 hours but they make every bit of it amazing. I've been coming to Maui for 8 years and this has been on my bucket list for our one week stay each year. Being from San Diego and having been on lots of chartered fishing trips, this one tops them all. Amazing weather, water and crew. You leave the harbor and troll for about an hour out to the fishing spots. Even being an avid and knowledgeable fisherman, I enjoyed and appreciated the information Jarren shared with us about the lures and setup they use. Once on the first spot, the boat immediately got on the fish. We caught an evasive fish, so you keep what you catch. I forgot to add that any fish caught while trolling are community fish so everyone on the boat gets a chunk at the end. Jarren even told me the best way to cook my catch since I own a condo at the harbor, I was cooking what I caught. We hooked up on the troll back in and the boat was so excited! Here are the best take aways....I payed a flat fee, it included a restroom, water, bait, gear and juices, they don't nickel and dime you on the trip, cleaned and bagged our fish, Jarren was an absolutely bad ass, and they are safe! If you're thinking about doing a charter on Maui, see these guys. 100% worth every penny. The only extra expense was the tip and I was generous due to the amazing service. If I had enough time I would go again. So see you guys next September. Oh and by the way. I grilled the fish like Jarren said and they were delicious! Mahalo guys.

One of the fish caught with first mate. Take the team's expert advice and you'll do the same.

Great day of fishing with excellent and knowledgeable team. Total group caught 7 fish. Highly recommend.

Our catch for the 4hr private charter

My family had the best time fishing with this crew! I (mother) took my two children (9 and 4) out on a private fishing trip and we all completely enjoyed it. Bailey helped every second with hooks and fish for my littles while I got to enjoy some fishing of my own. I highly recommend and I can't wait to use them again next year.

We caught so many fish and had the best dinner ever from our fresh catch! Not only did we have great fishing but we saw so many whales that it made it better than a whale watching tour! My friends and I definitely plan on going on Aloha Blue Charters again next time we are on the island. Thanks crew!

Great time fishing with First Mate Freddy and Captain Larry. My husband and I did a private charter. Having had a boat of our own, we understand it's called "fishing" not "catching" for a reason. We caught one small fish while out but on the way back, while trolling, we hooked into a 30 lb Ono and a 20 lb Ono. Bringing them in was great fun and we kept 2/3 of the fillets and gave the crew the remaining 1/3. Great time, great crew -- HIGHLY recommend!!

This charter and their crew are beyond amazing!!! We loved it so much we went once and went right back the following day! Captain Brian and his deck head Kekoa were awesome to us! We will make this a tradition from now on when we visit the island and will recommend them to everyone!!! The really make you feel like family and try everything they can to get you that big catch!!!

We joined them for a molokini crater snorkel tour. This is one of the smaller operations with a somewhat smaller boat. If you are looking for a big three decker party boat with a slide, a DJ, and a bunch of booze,, this is not the trip for you. If you would like a friendly crew that takes time to get to know you and shares everything they know about the islands, these guys are a great choice. The boat holds about 25 people, although you wouldn't guess it by looking at it. That said, we were quite comfortable. They provide everything you need... Snorkels, masks , fins, and wetsuit if you request it, and flotation devices if you would like. It takes a little over an hour to get to Molokini crater. It was a pretty smooth trip. My husband gets seasick but he was fine. We sat outside. Once you get there you have about 50 minutes to snorkel. Crew is both on the boat and in the water and we felt very safe. That was actually plenty of time. By the time we were done we were pretty pooped. Then they take you on about a 20 minute trip to where there are some turtles. We didn't see that many that day but the weather was a little bit weird. We left the dock at Maalea at about 730 (a couple passengers were late due to a bad taxi ride) and returned about noon. That was plenty of time and we were pretty exhausted. They serve breakfast and lunch and it was quite good. There is a bathroom and a fresh water hose if you need to rinse off. Honestly we can't say enough about the crew. They were very friendly and genuinely cared about what they were doing in the environment. Highly recommend!

The crew was great but the fishing was not. Just a few of landed fish and they were very small.

Beers, cocktails, spirits, pretty much whatever you wanted and the crew constantly walked around asking if anyone needed another drink. The heavy appetizers were also way better than I expected for "boat food", chicken katsu, Chinese chicken salad, pasta salad and kalua pork sliders, everything was really good. (No pictures cause I mopped it lol) The cruise itself was around 1.5 to 2 hours and our ride was incredibly smooth, although obviously that'll depend on the weather. They also offer a kamaʻāina discount if you call to book, which brought it to around $100 per person for us. Between the views, legit open bar, surprisingly good food and an awesome crew, I thought it was absolutely worth it. Would do this again in a heartbeat.

For us, we prefer the Sunset Cocktail cruise as it's the perfect amount of food and drinks. This last trip, we took the whole family for the express snorkel trip. It's a shorter trip, which worked perfectly for the younger kids and didn't tie up a big amount of island time. Captain Nick and his crew was all about making sure all had a great time while keeping safety at the top of mind. They guaranteed we'd see turtles... we did! Immediately. I accused them of being remote controlled because they were there right on cue! I'm not a big snorkel guy, but I had a blast. We'll keep returning to Sea Maui. Greatest crew on Maui !!

When you get on board they have a light breakfast with fruit, croissants and muffins that you can snack on, as well as fruit juice. The ride out, they explain some safety stuff and how the day is going to run. There are 2 floors to the boat with the upstairs being much more open. There were only about 30 people the day we went but I believe they have up to 100, so a more crowded day may have a different experience. Despite being in November, we ended up seeing several whales coming to the surface (apparently they are in abundance come January). They provide snorkel gear and fins, but you are more than welcome to bring your own (we borrow fins only as we brought our own masks). They provide a simple anti fog spray which worked great. They let us snorkel for about 2 hours in the surrounding area asking us to stay within 50 yards of the boat with a buddy. The staff answered all our questions about what fish we were seeing and recommendation for how to see the best fish. There is also a glass bottom that you can climb down a ladder in the boat to see the fish without going in the water. They served lunch while docked so you could eat while you took a break from snorkeling. It was fish tacos with a selection of fish, pork or being burger meat. They had a slaw and quinoa side and some chips. Nothing fancy but o found it delicious after working up an appetite snorkeling. They had cameras for rent (extremely expensive so I'd bring your own), a photographer that took picture you could purchase for a fee ($80 for all the pictures she took of us, again a little pricey), wet suit tops for rent ($10 each) and special snorkel masks if you are near sighted (I believe this had no additional charge). The boat was pretty new, clean and open which was nice. I would 100% go out with this company again.
