Had my first visit today as I recently moved into the area. Dr. Randy and Dr.Jennie provided excellent service and were very thorough with my exam and frame selection. I was new to VSP and they were able to explain what deals would work best for me. I liked their frame selection and ended up ordering 2 plus a pair of temporary trial contacts and will be back to finalize contact prescriptions after my trial period. So far very excited and happy to have landed at such a friendly local place. I was also able to use my FSA so take advantage of all your perks while you're there. This place is a total rip off, first got my eyes examined, picked out a beautiful Maui Jim pair of sunglasses, with a nice blue tint on them, took them out of the case and told that's the exact one I want but with my prescription in them, they said not a problem, came back, fitted me for them, came back and told me it's going to be 634.00dollars , thought about it for awhile, said why not you only live once, and they also said that type of sunglasses aren't covered by insurances , had to put half down and the rest at time of delivery, fine, signed papers and left, half hour later, get a call from them saying they have to charge me extra for the blue tint, i said what do you mean, you guys knew exactly what I wanted, got so mad , told them to cancel the whole thing, and hung up read more
