I want to personally thank Andrew for going through hoops to ensure that I was able to place an order and get it out of the door, same day, to be shipped to Las Vegas for my grandmother's 90th birthday. Because I was ordering for same-day shipment, Andrew checked inventory and informed me of what was available for me to purchase. We ended up with the sweetheart, the yellow butterfly, a single tuberose, and a single tuberose with carnation. They were GORGEOUS, smelled incredible, and my grandmother loved them! I ordered on Wednesday, they arrived at my hotel early Thursday and were presented to my grandmother on Friday. I was afraid they wouldnt' get there in time so I had to have them delivered on Thursday as her event was at noon. I ordered several different style's of lei's for multiple graduates ranging from elementary up through college. All were received on time a few days before the various ceremonies and in excellent condition. They each looked as good or better than on the web site. Got selected to receive a free lei! Wow! I sure am lucky! I was not expecting a delivery so our gate was locked, but the FEDEX guy tossed it on our patio table in the shade. When I got home I placed it in the fridge. I just opened it and it's a beautiful, purple/white orchid lei that's very well made. Not one orchid is wilted. Not one petal has fallen off. I have to write a testimonial for The Aloha Island Lei company! I ordered over 60 leis for my wedding and they all arrived exactly on time, fresh, well packed, and beautiful! During the ordering stage, their website was helpful, but I also called them. Their staff is very knowledgeable and kind on the phone. A few times I had to call and add additional leis to my order and it was never a problem. Before delivery, their plumeria supplier did not deliver them a great product. The Aloha Island Lei company called me and let me know that they were going to upgrade the plumeria leis to a more expensive flower lei because they didn't want me to be unhappy with the bruised plumerias the received. Wonderful experience! I was expecting to wait days, or even weeks to receive my beautiful flowers. I finalized my order late Wednesday evening and received my lei Friday morning. Luckily it came well packaged with ice packs so no harm came to it while being delivered to my home in southern California. I stored it in my fridge for a few days before gifting them to the founder of a local pet charity for her birthday. They use the best flowers, I ordered 2 dozen orchid and 1/2 a dozen plumeria which I know are fragile but was very pleased with the quality and the condition they arrived in. They ship them on gel packs and when I opened the box you could still feel the chill. The plumerias were wonderful with a great scent and the people who received the leis were very happy.
