I have been having pedicures done here for many years now. Due to my travel schedule for work, I usually just walk-in when i have time. Everyone in the shop has worked on my nails at one time or another. Everyone has always done an awesome job! Sometimes when I am going to have friends or relatives with me, I call ahead and make an appointment. These folks do a great job at a reasonable price. One time, my goddaughter came in with me. She had broken off part of her big toe nail. The fake one she had on from another salon earlier that week had just fallen off. The ladies here knew I was treating my goddaughter to a pedicure. The lady who was working on her feet told me they could probably fix the issue using acrylics. She asked if that would be okay, as it would be an additional charge. I agreed, and watched her rebuild half of the big toe nail. When she was finished, it looked great as well as was now protected from further damage. Her work lasted for two months, and Megan did not have any more trouble with that toe. I enjoy having my nails done here. I came to this nail salon thinking I was going to have great service due to all the good reviews but I was wrong. I'm usually pretty good with biting my tongue and not saying anything rude to the employees because I know how it feels and at the moment I didn't say anything but it's been two days since I had my full set and my finger got an infection because of how my nails were mistreated during the process. She kept hurting me while using the nail drill and I kept trying to pull back and she kept telling me to relax. Not only that but she didn't do the nail shape I wanted and the design was completely wrong. I asked for daisies and got dotted flowers, after I showed her an example and she assured me she could do it. My nails were poorly filled there's gaps were she didn't fully paint my nails and the shapes are all bulgy after she kept stacking the gel on my nail. Definitely not worth the $45 she charged and on top of that my bf was still nice enough to tip her $5. I'm not talking bad about the place but the nail tech that helped me that night, wish I would've asked for a name, over all very disappointed and will not return. read more

Totally disappointed. The reviews were so good, but my experience was crappy. I got a pedicure and the girl totally rushed through, no real pumice scrub or cuticle care. My nails look just ok, I can do better at home. I also got a gel manicure and the lady was in such a hurry that she was shaking and trying to sit new people in as they came. 2 stars because the girls were very sweet. I never had someone dremel my gel so far down that there are grooves in my natural nails. Also I was charged $5.00 just to remove the gel because I didn't get gel put back on. All of their polish has been old and sticky every time I come. Not happy. I went home and removed my polish . Called and made an appointment specifically for silk wraps and and pedicure. When I got the the technician, Kristen, was very rude and argued with me about doing silk wraps. She was very rude and I finally just got a gel manicure. Then I had my pedicure by Candy (whom I liked) and she told me she did silk wraps and thought they were better than gel, which is what I wanted in the first place. Why, when you specifically make an appointment for a certain service did they give me this rude Kristen. They were not very friendly aside from Candy. So, I am giving it one start because I did like the pedi by Candy and will try one more time to go to her (with an appointment) and have the silk wraps. Otherwise, I'm on the hunt again!!! read more

I'm sad to say I haven't had the best experience here. I've came here a handful in hopes that I found a new nail salon but unfortunately that is not going to be the case. I well only speak about today's experience I walked in wasn't welcomed I had an appointment with Nancy I was sat in a chair that did not work so my chair massage that I was so looking forward to wasn't going to happen then from there it was Off to the Races I felt like I was in a race who can get done first Nancy rushed through my pedicure quicker than I can blink and my massage was a few light Strokes on the top of my leg when that was done I was off to the chair for my manicure mind you the whole time she was too busy talking everybody around her she didn't even give one second to try to talk to me after she rushed through my manicure she didn't say anything to me and started working on somebody else leaving me in the chair after sitting there for 10 minutes it was time to pay I use my card and asked if I could please put the tip on the card she Nancy asked me do you have cash for the tip I replied no I don't she said fine right your tip on there so I did she did let me know she will only receive 40% of that because I didn't give her cash so she said next time bring cash and she walked away from me not even one saying thank you for the tip or thank you for coming to see us then I politely let myself out the door with no one saying goodbye or thank you for coming in! This review is for pedicures only. I've been going here for about 5 years or so off and on. I wish I could give them more stars but it really depends on who you get, the quality of the work really varies from one gal to the other. Maria is the best, she is very meticulous, I always ask for her if I can. I also always need my heels cleaned up and she's very good at that. Some of the other ones do a so-so job, and I like to get a design on the big toenail but they don't always ask me what I want, they just put the generic little daisy flower. They do have a nice selection of colors and it doesn't reek of acrylics like some places. read more

I have been to Aloha nails a few times for a couple full sets and a fill. I am really happy with their service, they do a really good job and are very friendly. I'm pretty picky about my nails and I'm pretty rough with them too. But they hold up well when I get them done here with little to no lifting at all. I especially like Lillie, she has done both my full sets and they look great! I work nearby and try to go on my lunch break and they are always very accomodating to my schedule.
