There was only one other party dining in. After 20 minutes, I went to the counter and asked if my food was ready (online it said "ready for pickup"). The waitress said my order wasn't in the system. I told her I ordered and paid on the link and she asked for my name and said, "oh, it's here but it's to-go." She said that the QR code was wrong, it went to takeout orders, gave me the bag and said, "Oh well." I said that I wanted to dine in, she replied, "You can still eat here," but didn't offer to put my food on a plate or give me utensils (which weren't in the bag).
