This food truck has two locations, I visited the Food Truck location in Kihei behind Azeka shopping center off of Piikea Avenue. The staff is friendly and provided fast service, Their drunken noodles did not disappoint, a little spicy but that is what makes them delicious. Being this is a food truck, you can take home or eat at the picnic tables under gazebos. You will need to deal with weather, including rain or wing gusts. Food was ok. But customer service is lacking. You order food at a kiosk and we added a drunken noodle as a side dish add on. It's fine if they don't have it, but it's dishonest to write drunken noodles on the box and pack it with Mac salad. Good thing we were there and checked our box. Then they told us they couldn't issue a refund. So they offered to give us 3 coconut shrimp to make up for it. Overall was a poor experience. We went straight to the food trucks after landing in Maui, as we wanted to try some tacos. We didn't find the tacos right away, but we came across a bunch of other food trucks. I ordered the garlic shrimp at Aloha Thai Fusion because the shrimp truck was closed for an hour, and I'm glad I made that choice. The shrimp was flavored well, and the jasmine rice had some light coconut flavoring. There are a bunch of tables under an awning, and it was a little past the normal lunch hour, so we were comfortable and had plenty of space. I would definitely recommend eating here if you want to try a food truck. It's located right across from Costco. read more

We've stopped here a few times, service is quick and food is made to order so takes 10-15 minutes. There are no tables to eat at or places to sit so totally take out. This is one of my all time favorite food trucks (and I love lots of food trucks). Catch them at Alanui Ke Ali'i Drive, just up the hill from Kam 1 Beach Park. You can call ahead 808-268-7018 to place your order but I prefer to show up and enjoy a Thai Tea while I wait for my food. Sweet and good to the last drop. Never been disappointed with their great service or delicious entrées. Friendly and helpful in answering questions about he menu. My most recent items have been... Chicken Pad Thai - good serving with fresh veggies cooked just right. Can't go wrong there. Shrimp Pad Thai - an excellent variation that is also worth ordering. Fish Sliders - the creamy mango lime sauce and the mango lilikoi buns make this a real winner. Mac salad and rice were a nice surprise, too. I'm always glad to tip these guys for their great service and more than happy to see that the owners were required to fork over the percentage of tips that they have taken from the workers, along with their overtime pay. read more

Decent service and serving sizes, but totally poor food taste due to the food being pre-cooked and simply heated up. We ordered Cashew Chicken and Thai Basil Pork and both had been precooked so the protein and vegetables were overly soggy. The positive reviews must be from people who themselves do not cook and don't know the difference between freshly cooked and pre-cooked food which taste like leftovers since they are cooked, thrown in the freezer, then heated up. read more

What a good find. This truck is parked in front of Wyndham Resort just off South Kihei. There is a short line but it takes them 20+ minutes to prepare the food because it's cooked to order. We had the grilled fresh fish, basil chicken and wings with hot chili paste sauce. The serving is plentiful and the seasoning is just perfect! The fish was flaky and cooked to perfection and the basil chicken was tender. The chicken wings was crunchy and the hot chili paste sauce took it to another level. As with everything in the islands, it was a little pricy but definitely worth it. Highly recommend. read more

Whenever we're in Kihei, we always have to come to this food truck. They used to have a restaurant as well, but I think it closed. I'm glad to know they have the same yummy food ad always. Yes, it is a food truck, and yes, it has been outside our timeshare for years. AND IT IS PRETTY AWESOME! Great Thai food with a Hawaiian flair! The Coconut shrimp never fails to impress and the Pad Thai was delicious. They have spring rolls, fried bananas, fish tacos and quite an assortment of other things. A Thai iced tea was just what I needed this afternoon! Service is friendly. Sometimes there is a line and you have to wait maybe 15 minutes for your food. No big deal and totally worth it. Don't go too late--they close anytime between 7:30 and 8, depending on how busy they are. Highly recommend! read more

Disappointed.....I followed yelp and people say their Pat Thai is really good and authentic.. far from the truth. They use ketchup on their Pat Thai (modified Pat Thai for Americans). Overpriced for a food truck? Sure but it is Hawaii and things are getting more expensive with this crazy inflation. At least they give you enough portion. Tasty grilled pieces of fish with tangy cabbage slaw with a hint of cilantro. What was missing was a little color, crunch, and the tortillas were not very warm. I should start by saying: the wait staff was fine and I'm grateful they were open (many places in this little food truck cluster were closed). That said, it was very meh food. Everything was cooked well (noodles not over cooked, deep fried items fried well). But it didn't have a great amount of flavor other than salty. As Opal from Opal Thai (Oahu) says: Thai food with no heat is Chinese food. This was definitely a 1:5 on the heat scale (and they did not ask if we'd like heat). They were out of papaya salad and friend bananas, but tried the cashew chicken and chicken pad see ew. Everything made fresh to order, but all of it was on the very sweet side. Tl;dr decent Thai food Got the freshly grilled fish and pineapple bbq chicken. The freshly grilled fish was tasty and came with an incredible green sauce. The pineapple bbq chicken was pretty standard. The reason I'd say this place is 3 stars is cause it's only an ok value. We stayed in the Kihei/Wailea area a bit and this food truck was a great find. I'm not one to dine on overpriced resort food so it was great to stumble upon this right just steps away from Kamaole Beach. Everything was really good and we would've kept coming back here if we could've. My favorites were definitely the Thai flavored chicken wings and coconut shrimp. Since we ordered so much food for 2, the pad Thai was hard to finish in a sitting, but it was a pretty large portion! The rice side is standard, but I do like their mac salad which is underrated. We had come the night before and enjoyed it so we returned again tonight. We had the bbq chicken (same as the first night) and ordered again tonight. The first night the sweet chili dipping sauce melted and spilled into all the food. My 7 year old doesn't like any spice so we specifically asked for no sauce, which didn't happen. We came back to ask for different rice but were told we needed to show them that we didn't eat the rice to get another scoop of rice. Unfortunately my husband went back by himself as we were on the beach. He was also told that he would have to wait behind a long line to get this rice that was ruined by you guys in the first place. The second thing we ordered was the of Thai with chicken. There was so much sweet sauce on it that it was inedible. We were not offered any kind of refund. I feel like it we were treated very badly for a scoop of rice. This would have been a very easy fix that was justified. read more

The one time Pad Thai is not too basic - this place is incredible. We ordered the sampler platter (probably top-4 spring rolls OFT), pad thai shrimp, red curry chicken. Spice level is unadjusted (you order 6, you get 6), and the food is awesome. The self-proclamations on the menu seem suspect, but for once, literally for once, they are not. Easily top 5 meals we've had on Maui, and we've eaten all a ton of places at all price levels. Don't hesitate! read more

Finally got around to trying this place located right on Dairy road with a bunch of other food trucks. Not the easiest place to pull in and out of, but well worth it. Decided on tofu curry and their sampler that had coconut shrimp and spring rolls served with Thai chili sauce. The curry was huge, it was about 3 meals for me. Lots of flavor and tofu and veggies just how i like it. The sampler was delicious, their shrimp where big and perfectly cooked. I will definitely be going back, only bummer is they have no sticky rice. read more

Update reply to the business owner... *So your excuse is Covid? Covid is over. And ok if covid is your "excuse" update your hours to say open till 8pm. Because many people at my airline including myself BEFORE Covid experienced the same thing so we can't depend on your food truck being there or being open to make sure we get a meal during a short layover. I went hungry that evening after just landing and changed out of my uniform and to your truck within 10 min of arrival, because by the time I left your food truck everything else close by was closed and it wasn't safe for me to go far by myself especially when I was leaving the island at 9:30am the following day. Is this your responsibility, no. But update your hours. That's all! So please don't pull the Covid card anymore. This was all way before Covid ever happened. I was just nice enough not to ever make a stink about it because your wife was always so lovely and kind and my layovers were long enough to where I could just choose a different place. * I came here after 3 yrs..hopped off the plane..drove past here in my crew shuttle..ran off and my entire crew allowed me to go first to get my room so I can run in the dark to get my pad Thai, yellow curry and coconut shrimp..dinner and my lunch tomorrow for my flight back as I work the flight..I run and get there 20 min before 9pm along with another person as they tell us they are closed. Mind u it's pitch black outside! Our crews stay close by, however walking alone in darkness is never safe so if you say you are open till 9, it's very bad business to turn customers away and close whenever you feel like it. It's pretty awful that this business keeps getting repeat business when they don't appreciate the loyalty of their customers and act like their you know what don't stink. It's so beyond unprofessional. I should have learned the last time I was here with their tart. And this wasn't the first time they left early, even decided to show up late at times and not show up at all. I never complained. My airline crew even stopped depending on them and warned me to eat something on the plane. I was disappointed with the food here. We tried this food truck because their pineapple fried rice looked so good the other day when we visited Geste shrimp truck next door. We ordered coconut shrimp, crab Rangoon, pineapple fried rice and chicken pad thai. Coconut shrimp was good but it had only 5 shrimps for $13. Chicken pad Thai tasted ok for first bite but I only tasted tomato ketchup after that. No flavor or spicy at all. Pineapple fried rice was just ok and bland. For crab Rangoon, I could not taste crab at all and none of us ate after first bite. We spent $60 for 4 menu and didn't finish even though we are very hungry. read more

Stumbled upon this food truck across the street from costco. Theres about 3-4 in the parking area. This one caught my eye because of their Homemade Mango Lilikoi buns. I got the white fish sliders and wasnt disappointed. The sweetness of the buns gives it a nice twist. I found it strange though that the meal came with rice (aside from the mac salad). I suggest that they ask if people want that cause I wouldve opted not to have it cause I didnt eat it and hate to waste food. Anyway! I recommend the sliders! read more
