Confession - I've been here 4 times in the last couple of weeks, it quickly became a favorite. Consistently awesome, and wayyyy mo bedda pa nang than every Thai place from Kihei to Kahului. Definitely impressive! I can tell and taste that this chef has something special, perhaps it's experience , special training, lots of practice and cooks from the heart - a RARITY. I could be wrong, but at this stage I highly regard this place and hope it is consistent- I'll be trying everything on the menu. I usually get the chicken katsu panang, thought I've also had the drunken noodles, and found both to be pretty great, particularly the pa nang, one of my favorites dishes. I got it with medium spice, and it was PERFECT, which many places get wrong for some reason. The flavor of the dish works very well. One thing I also noticed is the more eco friendly and healthier to go boxes that they use- awesome, less microplastic and toxins. The food was very fresh.
