A couple of the locals we met recommended this Food Truck at the Lahaina Food Trucks which is just a few blocks from our resort. We went on a Saturday night around 8:15pm and it was pretty full but we were able to get our food relatively quickly and find a few seats to drop down and eat. We had heard "the Thai food truck was really good", so we wanted to try that one. We were not disappointed! We shared an order of Spring Rolls and some Gyoza. My wife amd daughter had the Pad Thai w/chicken. My son had the Drunken Noodles with Pork Belly. And I had the Stir Fry Okapaka (Snapper fish) with Ginger (really good!). Everything was very fresh and tasty. I am thinking about going back before we leave! Highly recommend!

Decent food for a food truck area (with lots of trucks). Also one of thrle better priced ones. They didn't make a hassle of me customizing my plate. My plate could have used more cashew it's you going to put the name as the dish though.

Fried opakapaka (fish) with green mango salad ($18) -- shredded mango (not papaya!), lettuce, carrots (we asked for no cilantro)!

Basing this review off of one dish, but they were definitely the most popular truck at the Honoapiilani Food Truck Park. The Fried Opakapaka with Green Mango Salad was so fresh and tasty-- not only did the medley of shredded mango (not papaya!), carrots, and lettuce make it feel like it was healthy, the fried red snapper pieces were so crazily delicious! They were meaty, tender, and not overcooked or flaky. The green mango is crunchy and a little sweet. The dressing was a chili lime base like for the traditional papaya salad. Although there was a little too much for me (acid and salt), it was easy to pour out the excess dressing. I loved how colorful it was too (even with the cilantro omitted)-- yum! Super happy I tried this and would totally get it again :D There's a gravel lot behind the trucks for parking and plenty of picnic tables for seating. The crowd and string lights at night make it a lively spot! :)

Located in a food truck park that opens late -- we went around 8:30 and it was still bustling. Lots of outdoor seating with string lights so it feels very lively. Got the drunken noodles here - not the best Thai food I've ever had and portions were quite small for the price. The tofu option is fried tofu. I wish they added more veggies! The broccoli in it was great. Tried my friend's crispy fish salad and that was much better and also a massive portion, so I'd recommend that over the noodles. Service was super fast and friendly so that definitely deserves a shoutout!

This is average Thai food at best, in California, it would be bad Thai food. If you have had good Thai food, I strongly recommend you not eat here as you will be disappointed. I got the drunken noodle with chicken and while it was spicy, it was otherwise VERY bland. Little to no flavor. I also got the papaya salad which was passable but it's pretty hard to screw that up. The egg rolls were also passable but not great from a flavor standpoint. I made the mistake of listening to people say it's the best Thai food in Maui but not recognizing that there probably isn't a big Thai food scene here either. Get yourself something else at this food truck park and you'll thank me.

Fried rice. We were disappointed because it didn't have tons of flavor.

We had high hopes for this food truck because the line was so long. We tried the fried rice, the drunken rice and the drunken noodles. My husband really liked his drunken noodles and said it had good heat. The fried rice was good but not a lot of flavor, and we were also disappointed with the drunken rice. It had heat but again, not a ton of flavor. I don't know that we'll go back because there are so many other good options.

Located in a food truck area, Thai Food by Siri is fairly pricey, but that's not that surprising given the area. The food is good, but just shy of having the right boldness of flavors you'd expect from Thai food. The tom kha was a slightly milder version of what I'm used to. The pad Thai noodles could have been firmer. The crispy fish with papaya salad was good, but the papaya was not ripe. Overall it was acceptable for a Thai fix, but more pricey (crispy fish with papaya salad, tofu pad Thai and tom kha soup was $55 with tax and tip). I definitely have no issues paying restaurant prices for great food from a food truck -- bit this experience felt a bit lacking, especially for the price.

Food quantity is too less, not full entree size. Taste is okay, personally had high expectations on the reviews.

What happened to the spices? They do not even ask if you want any, quite flavourless food without any options. Disappointed.

We decided to hit the road and find it. Lucky we did! It was open, there was no line. It had a great assortment of rolls and a good number of options for nigiri. We got 4-5 rolls and some nigiri and a poke bowl. It was all freshly made, perfectly rolled and came out at the time told to us, about 15 minutes. We ate it in the car- we didn't notice the ants in the table until after we sat down to wait for about 10 minutes. I followed them on instagram and they posted our order. So cool! We went back one more time during our trip.

We stopped by on a Monday night around 7:30 pm after doing the road to Hana. They had some Whitney Houston and Shakira bumpin, some cute garden lights, and three outdoor picnic tables for diners. We ordered and had to fill up on gas, so we picked up some drinks from the nearby gas station and got back to wait for the food. The server said it would take about 15 minutes, and I think that was pretty accurate. We ended up ordering the following: Salmon Nigiri - 3/5 this was a little bit more salty than I normally expect of my nigiri. Spicy California Roll - 5/5 tasted like a fresh California roll with some spicy mayo on it. It wasn't very spicy though? Mild enough for the non-spice lovers. Tempura Roll - 5/5 this was probably my favorite roll. It was simple yet delicious. You can't ever go wrong with unagi sauce. Smash Roll - 4/5 the smash roll was really good. It had a good, well-rounded taste with the tuna and salmon. This was my husband's favorite roll. If you're feeling like you need some good Asian-American sushi, check out Smash Maui! It's going to hit!

My husband and I had the carne asada arepa on our first visit, and today I tried the Pabellón Arepa with shredded beef, black beans, sweet plantains, and cheese. They also offer a house-made chimichurri that takes the flavor to another level. Let me just say--this place puts love into every dish they make. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and every visit was met with warm, friendly customer service. To finish our meal, my daughter and I shared the coconut and mango slushies, which are made with natural ingredients and were incredibly refreshing. As someone who is Hispanic and pretty picky when it comes to authentic Latin food, I can honestly say this exceeded my expectations. The food is authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. The restaurant also has a charming atmosphere with Venezuelan memorabilia that gives it a warm, welcoming vibe. If you're looking for high-quality Latin food made with care, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won't be disappointed! We will def be back at our next trip - didn't get to try the arepa with chicken, avocado and green salsa. Mahalo Miss Arepa!
