Price wasn't the lowest, but was far from the highest of the quotes we got, and there was no hard sell (unlike a few others). The crew was quick and very courteous, and did a great job of cleaning up everything before they left. They even asked if they could cut a few inches off of a fence door that had been scraping the ground for ages to ensure it cleared the turf cleanly!

(See pictures) I have been reaching out to him for over 3 weeks and he will not repy anymore. He initially answered, however as soon as I informed him of the problem and asked him to fix it, he stopped replying. On installaion day his crew showed up 2 hours late to begin with, and then disappeared in the middle of the day for several hours without communicating anything wth me. They finally showed back up and had to rush the installaion and did a poor job. Now that Ive asked him to fix it, he is ingnoring me. Once he has your money he will disappear. He obviously does not stand by his work. Seriously, read the way he responds to other customers bad reviews and youll see the way he runs his business with poor character and lack of integrity. He will not take ownership, responds, in an unprofessional manner to people leaving feedback and will not stand by his work. But that alone doesn't make a standout experience worthy of this 5 star rating. For quick context I've worked with at least three dozen contractors over the years for various projects. I've also had experience with a previous turf company when we do the front yard during the pandemic. And I have NEVER had a better experience during the actual service. His team was courteous, clean, professional, started and finished on time, and all the other things you look for. They moved all our garden boxes, disassembled our trampoline and put it back together. The work product was fantastic as you can see by the pictures. But what really made them stand apart was their attention to detail and their work ethic. Everyone on the job was genuinely happy to be there and actively looking for the next thing to do. Near the end of the day I started putting back our patio furniture as they were cleaning up and they stuck around to help me get everything in order.
