It was a hot Vegas summer day and the crew at Alpha Air spent hours in my attic (felt bad for them) but they had everything replaced same day. This was not a small job by any means. It was a long day, but they had it done same day. Not even any drywall damage. Nice and clean work. Price? Glad you asked. I received 3 quotes and I was specifically comparing apples to apples by getting 3 quotes with the same manufacturer. Alpha Air was the low price and the best service. I was referred to Alpha air by a friend of mine to change my thermostat. After being told they will arrive in 2 hours my door bell rang an 1/2 hour early. The techs name was argue and turned out he was the owner. This guy was awesome. He had my thermostat change to the new Nest thermostat in less than 20min. The guy was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and about the thermostat itself. His price was more than reasonable for the shocks service I got. One evening last September we noticed that the inside of our home was up to 88 deg. even though the air conditioning had been running all day. We contacted Alpha Air based on their good Yelp reviews and 24/7 service to see if they could fix the problem. The Tech found that the refrigerant charge was very low, possible due to a very small, slow leak somewhere. In order to get us back up and cool running, he drove halfway across town and back to get enough refrigerant, and then recharged the system. It was running great. He noted that our system was probably getting towards the end of its' life, and that we may consider replacement within the next year or so. Fast forward to a few days ago.... We decided to have our HVAC system checked out and maintenance done ahead of the summer heat. The same Tech found that almost all of the refrigerant was already gone, and that the outdoor fan motor was pretty well worn out. He also found that the gas burner on the indoor unit was cracked and pretty well worn out, as well as corrosion on the indoor unit. He pointed out the problems on the units so that we could see for ourselves. So, time for a new system. The Tech worked up several system options and pricing for us to consider. We decided on the system we wanted, and Alpha Air scheduled the system installation the next day. The installer arrived at the scheduled time and began removal of the old system. The new system components arrived on time about an hour later. Then, a short time later the company Owner stopped by to make sure everything was going according to plan. He then sat down with us and helped us to get all the necessary equipment registrations done online so that we had the full 10 year warranties activated. When it came time to install the new indoor unit into the attic, another Tech came by to help the primary installer lift the heavy units into position. The Owner stopped by several times throughout the day to follow up and make sure everything was going o.k. and to answer any questions we had. Altogether, the total installation took a little over 8 hours, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We are extremely satisfied with the service that Alpha Air provided, and their consideration and promptness of service. We were so impressed with their work on our home that we also had them perform maintenance and a check-up on our rental home. They coordinated with our renter and scheduled a time to do the service the next day. Long story short -- IMPRESSIVE SERVICE! I dealt with Artur a couple of years ago when my heater went out and knew that I had found someone I could trust to be honest, fair, and competent. My air conditioner went out recently and I thought it had something to do with my Nest thermostat. I spent an hour on the phone with Nest going through various procedures all to no avail. I called Artur late in the afternoon and he offered to come over within a couple of hours and I told him the next day would be okay as we had another AC on the other side of the house. Artur came by the next morning looked over the wiring, which was fine, and discovered the problem. The door on the unit had vibrated loose from the last time I changed the air filter. The rocker switch which is held down by the door was open which shuts the system down. I felt like a moron that it was something so simple. He put the door back on properly and the AC popped back on immediately. I tried to pay him for his time but he would not take any money because it was so simple. Either that, or he has a policy to not take money from morons. Artur Arzumanyan is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair. I have no qualms recommending him. read more

I came home to find two hot dogs in a hot house with an A/C unit making no noise whatsoever. I called Alpha Air at 6:30pm and spoke with Artur who promised he'd be over between 7-9pm. He arrived right at 7, easily diagnosed the problem (a wire had completely melted and the breaker had some issues), and fixed it up right then. He stayed until he confirmed the air was blowing 68* cold, chatted with us about how to keep our unit going for as long as possible, and recommended the kind of unit we'll want when the A/C inevitably dies. I am so glad we picked this company! We have two dogs, including a pug, so not having A/C would mean a huge inconvenience and cost to take them some place during the day time. I also like that they texted me all the info of who was coming to my house (name, photo, and the office number) so I knew who to expect. Artur came the same day I called when I told him I had a small child. It was getting hot and my AC unit went out. His crew checked it out and replaced our unit the next day. We needed a whole new unit. We knew this already because our home warranty company sent someone out a day before. After that company determined it was done due to age and damages and our home warranty would not cover it, my husband and I decided to find someone who was not working for the home warranty. Our AC kept tripping so I contacted Alpha Air. Artur responded quickly and was super courteous. It was close to 120 degrees that day. He immediately came out and gave us a FREE estimate without any pressure or obligations, while other companies charges to give you an estimate or push to sell their services and product cause they know you are desperate. He even took photos of the affect area and gave recommendations. He explained that if we continue to run the AC, a fire could occur and everyone's safety including the house would be in jeopardy, while another AC company told me that I could leave it on. All I could say was...WOW. I called multiple AC companies for comparison and Alpha Air was the best package and price in town. He knew it was hot and wanted to help so he brought over a portable AC almost close to 10pm for us to use until the new AC was installed the next morning. He even set up the portable AC and got the room cooled in minutes. I don't know any other company that would ever go to great lengths to satisfy their customer, but Artur from Alpha Air did.
