I asked for a free estimate which Alpha Air said they was able to do while three others were unable to (Legacy $45, MD Air $49, All Around declined to do service for my rooftop unit because of injury and insurance issues). I immediately received his response through yelp and he was able to come over the very same day if necessary, but I decided that it could wait until the next day. I can appreciate honesty and efficiency and that is exactly what I got with Alpha Air. My husband and I got a service plan through Gottel heating and air and when they came out, they told us that our A/C was getting ready to go out soon. So they quoted us for new units. We decided to shop around with other companies since Gottel was trying to charge $30,000.00 and no I am not exaggerating that was there quote. That being said another company came out and told us that are units work fine but that they are old and probably won't last too much longer and if we wanted a new unit it would be $10,000.00 which is a much more realistic and reasonable price. You know you're a grown up when you're excited about new A/C. Now, I'm not thrilled at the expense but even with getting a complete new system inclusive of two units, air handler, etc., I was pleased to do business with Artur, Terri and Alpha Air. Truth is, I postponed replacing my units because of the expense and concerns about workmanship. After four separate quotes from four separate companies (including ones I engaged for annual service contracts), I was impressed with Artur's no nonsense style. Alpha was very fair in pricing and more importantly cared about what they were doing. (That's why I prefer worked with mom & pop business.) The install crew that did the heavy work were conscientious, accommodating, and hard working. The crew's foreman, William, was especially customer-focused and a great emissary for the Alpha Air brand. Having worked with numerous trades people over the years, I can confidently say Alpha Air not only solved a big issue for me, but did so as promised and without the "kiss a$$" way some do to cover for sloppy workmanship. They took away all the rubbish and even repaired the access gate better than it was before. Losing your AC on a weekend in July in Las Vegas really sucks. But Artur at Alpha Air was able to offer me a same day appointment and even waived the service charge. I did see one review that gave him a low rating and complained about him not wearing his mask. I have a rental home and my tenant was complaining about the AC not blowing enough cool air. I recently just terminated my home warranty (AHS) because they kept denying to replace my broken appliances and also supposedly fixed my AC a year ago which had a leak. I therefore needed a NOW service and looked for a company on Yelp and picked the one with the best reviews w/high stars. Alpha Air stood out on reviews and Artur (the owner) came within 2 hours and diagnosed that I had not one but 2 leaks which AHS should've noticed but didn't. My freon which was filled about a year ago has now seeped out. He quoted me a price which was beyond my budget (due to freon being very expensive) so then worked w/me and agreed on a price we both felt was fair. He then fixed the problem asap after trying to find a part that was hard to get (due to the 2nd leak) and gave me more freon than what was priced, to make sure it was filled to its maximum. He was professional, very reasonable, detail oriented, but most of all empathetic to my emergency situation and budget. There's also a 3 month warranty if the same problem occurs . It's hot in Las Vegas this year and the AC gave out. It was time to replace it but, given post-pandemic supply issues, prices were very high. Alpha Air was one of several I called to get estimates and quotes. Their pricing was reasonable in comparison to others, and their strong reviews here on Yelp helped them land the job. The install was little more complicated than some - we were changing out the hydronic system for something more standard and it required cutting into the drywall and changing electrical from 120 to 220V. Because of the complications, I was also able to speak to the owner, Artur, prior to the install and he reassured us that things would go well. Indeed, they did. Ultimately, we needed a plumber and an electrician to make it happen, but this job was done well and timely. Artur was present during the install as well. I have been a customer of Alpha Air for a few years, and Adolfo has consistently provided excellent service. He routinely services my HVAC units has been punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. This evening, I came home to a warm house and found that my AC unit was blowing hot air. I saw that Alpha Air offered 24/7 service, and called in for service at around 10:45PM. I spoke to Artur, and he said that he would be at my house in roughly two hours. Sure enough, shortly after 12:30AM, Artur himself arrived at my house. Despite the time, Artur had a great attitude, was extremely professional, and set to work immediately. Within a few minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in less than half an hour. I had 3 AC units go out in a week and was desperate to get it fixed fast with the 115 degree heat. Arthur showed up here an hour later and fixed all 3 units in an hour. Also I had a different company come out here before Arthur and they said I needed 3 new AC units for $17,000 lol.
