Scheduling and the communication between mobile tech and customer need major improvement

Where do I start? I was given a choice of choosing my appointment time between 12-1 pm. Anthony decided to give me a call at 2 pm a whole hour after our appointment schedule. I was in a meeting and couldn't answer or come to him as I was busy and didn't think he was coming anymore. I told him to give me a minute as I was in a phone meeting and he was late. He decided to bail on me as I was pulling up to my gate to welcome him. Saying I wasted his time when in reality, he wasted mine. I guess customers are second class to this entitled dude. 0 stars if possible. Now even calling customers bogus? your a bogus glass guy who feels entitled for whatever reason. Also, my number is legit dude. Stop falsely accusing people of being scammers because of your incompetence. read more

I had a rock hit my windshield and put a small crack in it. I looked up a shop on Yelp and found this one close to me. Yelp had the hours listed and they opened up at 9 am. So I drove there and I was a little early and on the door it said they opened at 9am So 9am came and I tried the door it was locked and no one was there. I waited about 10 minutes and called. It went to voicemail. I looked back on Yelp and found a shop not to far away. I called and he answered right away and they were opened. HIGHLY recommend! The owner himself replaced my windshield and he was so professional, explained how the process worked and even educated me on the different types of glass used. He uses high quality glass. Also the process was much different than what I experienced before. He left my car clean on the inside and made sure there was not debris left around the area or in my car. I had a great time working with alpha auto glass. i had a little chip in my windshield for a long time and then suddenly (thanks for a few weather-volatile days) i had a crack that was up about a foot and across another foot. yikes! i used yelp to message surrounding businesses for prices and availability. i actually went with another company because they had the earliest availability, but the day before my appointment, the owner sent me a suspicious text and i didn't feel comfortable going there anymore. i reached out to Anthony and he was super informational and accommodating. praise hands emoji that he was able to fit me in during my original appointment time so i wouldn't have to take more time off work to get my window fixed! and they ended up being closer to home also. the business was really easy to find and there was plenty of parking out front (even though they moved my car to work on it). it was really great. Anthony let me walk through the garage to get something from my car and he showed me the whole process of what they were doing. i brought my dog and a picnic blanket and we lounged in the sun on the grassy area in their parking lot. we weren't even there long enough to get really comfortable before they were done! Anthony is REAL. I cracked my husband's prius prime windshield, and after sending out multiple quote requests on Yelp, all the OTHER COMPANIES told me 1. I might have to recalibrate the sensors which is like $300 extra and 2. I can get the original brand for like $1,000 or black market for like $500. Here's where Anthony was different. He straight up told me 1. recalibration isn't even needed to begin with. It's just a whole gimmick that other companies charge for! And 2. Toyota brand vs black market brand? It doesn't even matter, Toyota brand isn't really made by Toyota! That is just another black market brand that stamps "Toyota" on there. I wanted to cry because he's honestly the most genuine guy I've ever met in the car industry here in OC. I wish there were more people like him... instead of the fake overpricing companies that just want to squeeze every dollar out of you! To top it off, his price was the lowest out of everyone else. How could this be? Cuz he sells cheap quality parts? No! Cuz he's REAL!! It's like he cares for your well being! Yesterday while driving on the freeway a pebble hit my windshield and cracked. I called the Alpha Auto Glass about a quote and they quickly answered and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They showed up on time and fixed the crack/chip within 15 minutes. The cool part is I now have a warranty. If the windshield cracks from the original replacement area then the 80$ I paid today can be applied to a full windshield replacement. A tiny chip in the windshield of my 2016 Honda Accord Sport quickly turned into a curving 6+inch crack in less than a minute. Cue facepalm. Sent out messages to several business via Yelp to get quotes and chose Alpha Auto Glass for their great reviews and proximity to where I live. Also, previous reviews mentioned WiFi in their waiting room! I made an appointment for Friday at 10am through Yelp, but there must have been a scheduling error since they had me down for Friday at 5pm. Luckily, there was a cancellation and they were able to fit in my replacement. It took about an hour, and there is great wifi in the waiting room if you're like me and needed to continue "working from home", hah. I have the worst relationship with my windshield. I was about 2 pebble dents in when i got hit with a significantly deep crack on my way back from vacation. I was on my way to another trip and decided to find a place to help patch up the crack (if possible) before my trip. I was able to contact Alpha Auto Glass, and out of everyone in the area they were one of the quickest and most consistent to respond as well as provide reasonable rate. They offered to come to me or for me to drop off my vehicle. Again... just my luck my old crack from last year (that was fixed) decide to crack another 4 inches. Goodness. So i asked to switch from having a patch done to a whole windshield replacement. Jennifer was able to switch me and get me in within a few days before my trip! There was a bit of a hiccup in ordering but it was no bother to me. Day of appointment, I also had to drop my puppy at the vet and timing was not great, Jennifer was super accomodating and told me it was okay to drop off my car early and to pick it up once it was done. They were done within an hour and a half ( amazing !!!! ) and was able to walk me through aftercare and payment was super easy (via card, cash, or venmo) I appreciate the quick response, fast turnaround, and great customer care. His price was very affordable compared to others I had called around for a quote. He's fixed cracks for me in the past but first time replacing my whole windshield. He was prompt and did the job efficiently. Also, when he replaced my windshield he told me that the previous company I used to replace my last windshield did a terrible job, because they did not mount the clips under my hood at all along with one of my covers for one of the windshield wipers were all missing and not even installed. I don't mind being rescheduled if I'm promptly notified. The price was reasonable. I researched the DIY $10 kits and decided that it would be better to have the job done right the 1st time because there is no do-over for a botched resin job. Anthony used state of the art equipment. There's a reason why he has great rating. Reputation proceeds this business. I've never experienced a business so transparent and honest in their cost. He advised me on not getting the recalibration that most other shops insisted I needed and he explained why I didn't need it. As long as the car isn't turned on and the sensors/cameras are put back on, recalibration isn't needed. It's been a month and I've had no issues with his install. During the install, he allowed me to watch and I could tell that his craftsmanship was great and he didn't skip any steps. He removed the old window, completely took off all the old glue, prepped and primed the area for new glue. (Steps I could see other companies skimping on). Excellent. Model business. Thanks Anthony.
