Some bad luck on the 5 fwy left me with about 3cm star chip on my new Tesla windshield. Checked around for cost of repair since a full replacement is quite expensive. Anthony is a truly a master of his craft and I'm very excited that my girlfriend found this place for me. Previously, I had my windshield replaced through Safelite which they had done a poor job. Unfortunately, a couple years later, my windshield cracked again and I brought it into Alpha Auto Glass. Anthony was able to get me into his shop the next day, offered me anything I wanted out of his fridge, and was incredibly knowledgeable about windshield replacements. While waiting for the windshield to be delivered, he was telling me about some of the botch jobs that people from others shops had (even on brand new cars) and went into detail on why stresses the importance of doing the job right the very first time. Holy smokes. I've contacted atleast 15 and more windshield places in the OC area to get my windshield replaced and I'm so glad I went with Anthony. I'm very peculiar about my car and what I want, and I believe that since a windshield is such an integral part of the car, it should be done right. The initial reason why I went with Anthony was because of his customer service. Of all the places I spoke to, he was the only one who was patient and answered every question I had, instead of trying to make a quick dollar off of me. Many places I spoke to completely disregarded me when I started asking questions and basically just said "you gonna come in or what?". Anthony is the complete opposite--his customer service is a rarity that I did not come across with anyone else that I spoke to. Now onto his craftsmanship. He tracked down a windshield for me free of any distortions, warps, or haziness. When he said he inspected every inch of that windshield, he really did. Cause when I checked it was completely perfect. He also makes sure your windshield is properly installed so you won't have to come back to get anything fixed. For the GTI with rain sensor, the aftermarket windshields made for it don't have the exact outline for the rain sensor. Upon knowing this, Anthony spent extra time creating a rain sensor outline on the new windshield so my rain sensor and windshield would be seamless. I truly appreciate him going the extra mile to make it look perfect. I have read on forums that many people are stuck with rain sensors that look out of place because the business that replaced their windshield would just install the windshield, leaving the rain sensor unmatched. Anthony takes pride and accountability on properly installing your windshield. He's super down to earth and overall a dope guy. I couldn't have asked for a better person to do it. Returning customer- Great service, but overall competencies is key, which they hit out of the ballpark. I replace the windshield glass out of Dodge Ram rebel, which supposedly there are several version of this glass. Initially, I had gone with Safelite, common sense goes a long way, worst mistake. They came three consecutive day with the incorrect glass. I am like f this. I was able to get hold of Anthony, in a nick of time he fixed the next day and less then 40 mins.
