PART 1: !!!!STAY AWAY!!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would but unfortunately they have to be at least worth one star. Horrible is an understatement. We took our Canam to this place mind you the owner was a jerk and d**k head. My husband & I own a business so we were very surprised to see how this man treats his customers. Thanks to these "customers" his family lives you would think he would be a lot more professional. On instagram they put up a show that they do really good work and that's not what we got. I'm not sure if they only do good work for friends or what but this is just not the place for decent work. We wanted our cage done, it was at their shop for weeks honestly back and forth for months. The first time around the cage was bad and they did basically the cage that they wanted not what we asked for. Owner (Jose) basically apologized and said he would fix it and here we go excited to see our canam and the job was worse than the first time. The paint was so bad. We recently went to a shop and we were told by another shop that alpha forced our bolts and messed up our rims. The bolts won't tighten up they just keep spinning because they were forced in. Also, the rim is so bent bad and the bolts are not even new bolts as they are all different colors and different shapes. I'll post pictures so that you all can see it's just not that I think they did a bad job but a 4 year old would be able to notice the horrible job done by this place. So long story short I was basically told that it was our responsibility at this point and that I would need to contact the manufactured company if I wanted to fix it because they did so much now and they won't do it. Mind you "they did a lot already of nothing" They don't take any responsibility and instead blame everyone else but themselves for the horrible job they do. Please don't waste your time or money with these unprofessional people who take no accountability for anything. I plan to report this business to the automotive bureau of California and small claims but to anyone out here who has been done wrong by these people or plan to take your utvs here please do all necessary legal action against these people. The way they operate they really shouldn't have a business if they aren't really here to help people. read more

I had taken my can am to get worked on by these guys because I was recommended by a friend but later realized how unorganized everything was.. when I had dropped off the can am I made a list of everything I wanted on the side by side with a young lady she didn't write anything down and said "she will remember " them later when I would ask for a price she would say she had to ask Jose the and when I was directed to him he would say she would let me know and it was a lot of back and forth. Finally after they had my list and I had my invoice I left 2 weeks went by and no update I had to be calling in checking up on them to see what's the progress and when I would stop by and check up on my side by side they would have trash or parts of a completely different build on top of mine as a make shift table . Then finally after much waisted time they call Me in to pick up my side by side not only did they add more parts I didn't not ask for nor agreed to but where quick to add it to my bill ..I did not receive any call from anyone saying " hey would you like to add this part" nothing of that sort just a bigger bill 200$ extra that I didn't need to spend and on top of that after I told them don't do a Car wash on the side by side they washed it and billed me for it 35$ car wash for the worst wash I've see. It was so bad it looked like they sprayed it with a garden hose (as you will see in the photos) and then proceed to add tire shin and plastic shine on TOP OF THE DIRT I was going to take all around photos I f this but just seeing it was getting me more upset on how things where handled there. To add a cherry on top when you and if you take your side by side make sure you take inventory of everything your can am has and what's comes out I had take my can am in with PRE existing parts and when they came in to add the parts I wanted them to install they removed it and "forgot" to put them back int and "forgot" to wire them so I had to go back and pick up my parts . Overall it was bad if I could leave no stars I would and I'd recommend just going to a different spot which I did and I can see the difference in true showmanship in peoples work ethics read more

ATTENTION!! people that want to get quality for the thousands of dollars they spend should really see what these guys are doing when no one is looking ! I took my car to these guys with the thought of them being genuine , one of my good friends know the owner so I figured I would be taken care of for the most part (didn't happen) my CAN-AM was repaired to a certain extent . As they did An estimate for the damages on my SXS , the repair came close to 15k , not a problem that's why insurance is good to have. As we proceeded with an agreement the deal was to replace the damaged parts!!! NEVER included replacing existing accessories that where not damaged!! They delivered replacing the damaged items ( cage, radius rods, trailing arms ), As of right now I'm still convinced they replaced my (transmission) with a used one which the deal was to replace with a (brand new one) , thats what the insurance paid for. As I continued my inspection I realized they replaced my toggle switches that I preferably already had with some of there own I don't understand why ? Deeper into my investigation i rechecked all the wiring on my SXS for safety purposes , I noticed they replaced my wiring harnesses for my 5150 whips , which where previously properly installed elsewhere very pist about that , as of right now my 5150 whips are not working due to the shitty wiring they did , my chase bar doesn't have a relay or fuse !! They replaced my desert storm high temp belt with a stock OEM one that blew and broke my housing apart after I told the owner I had retuned my car and have evos stage 3r + clutching making more power still pist about that as well . As i did more Maintenance on my car on the rear end I came across loose bolts and brake lines dangling no rivets where applied to hold them on . I took me a while to decide to post this bad review but then I realized it's better to let other customers know who they are about to deal with , and if so they should double check their cars because situations like this can cause fires accidents or even worse due to the lack of commitment to provide quality work . read more
