I called Phil a few days ago to let him know of our problems at our house, spiders and earwigs have been our biggest pests! Mainly earwigs. Anyways, he said he'd be by at 4 the next day, he was on time, early even, and immediately took a look around our house and the outside! Moved to a new house and had a small mouse problem but a big black widow problem. Spoke with Phil and got a quote for bi-monthly service. David (Phil's son) showed up on time at our scheduled appointment. He laid some traps/bait and sprayed the house. We have not had an issue since. David sends me a text the day before he shows up so I make sure he has access and the dog is locked up. David is a laid back and nice guy and does a efficient and thorough job. Had a rodent problem and had Phil come by. He put traps down and said that would resolve the issue. When I asked what if it didn't he assured me that he would keep coming out until they were gone. Long story short he only came out only one more time and disappeared after that. None of his traps ever caught a single thing. I ended up putting my own traps out and caught several rats. Also, he told me he doesn't do any of the work preventing entry into the house so any vents, door jambs, etc and you're on your own (I ended up ordering Xcluder from Amazon). Disappointing service and a lot of money for the 6 or so traps he left behind when he never came back. read more

Phil is the woner and a very honest guy who told me before he came out that the wasps wouldn't be dead forever and that they would need additional maintenance. He came out and did a great job, was on time, and very professional. I am now using him on a regular basis. Whenever I have any bug/pest problems I always go to Alpha Omega for help. Phil is awesome and always comes right over to help me with the problem I am having. His services are affordable and he is very professional and friendly. Phil did a great job adressing all our bug issues! We live in the country have kids and lots of critters.It has been an especially bad year w the bugs. So we decided to get a service but when I called around everyone wanted an insane amount and required contracts. When i spoke to phil he seemed like a reasonable down to earth guy who isn't trying to over charge or trap you he said you either like my services and have me back or not. I just recently moved to Galt in a house that had been abandoned for a few months. There were black widows, ants, and every other bug you could imagine. I obviously freaked out. I posted on Facebook asking for a recommendations for an exterminator. Tons of people mention Alpha Omega. I can see why! I called the next morning, and Phillip came right away! I couldn't believe he came on such short notice. On top of that it was his day off, he came because I expressed how scared I was about all the black widows. He sprayed and we saw nothing for about two weeks. Then the babies started coming. I called and he came the next day FREE of charge to spray the the second generation of all the bugs. He eliminated the parents, and came back to elimate the babies. His customer service goes above and beyond expectations. Not only that, his spray works and isn't harmful to humans or animals. He also beats all the competition on prices. I called to price check a few places because who doesn't love a good deal? You pay every other month (with no contract I might add),and he comes in between to spray if you call. He also just does one time if that's all you want. All I can say is Wonderfull!!!!
