Wow. What a great experience. We previously had a contract another local service company for approx 4 years. We hated their services and wondered what it was that they were actually doing because none of the "guarantees" or "services" they promised seemed to be delivered on. Two Brothers Pest Control is a great family owned business with the best customer service and we have used them for years. Today we found a little mourning dove with a broken wing in our backyard and we were scheduled for our monthly visit. When Keith arrived we asked if he could help us capture the bird so we could take it to a wildlife rescue center. Keith helped us with the capture, safely transferred the bird to a box and he will now be forever known as "the Dove Whisperer. Have had this company for a number of years now. I thought I had already reviewed but, since I didn't, here goes. This company is absolutely fantastic. I have service done every other month. They spray taking care to avoid areas where I sometimes forget and leave pet containers out so they put them in a safe place. They also don't just spray and leave promptly. They also get the webs out hanging overhead. In addition, can't beat the price but you get quality service. My regular pest control service went out of business and i was looking to hire another local and non corporate business to replace them. Came across Two Brothers on YELP and contacted Keith who was responsive, courteous and easy to talk too. What i can only describe as perfect timing, my front porch camera caught a rat on my window sill which is right next to my front door two days prior to James (the technician) coming to do the service. needless to say the fact that a rodent was this close to entering my house was unsettling. I know this will sound like a made up story and i should have taken a photo....but James knocked on the door and said "come and see what i found." Literally he was standing there holding the rat by its tail!!! Turns out it had taken up residence under a customized bench in my fromt courtyard that has a cabinet that housed a hose, a water fountain pump and a voltage regulator! i would never have guessed this area which i always assumed was "sealed" could even be accessed by a critter! James made sure no nest or baby rats and for good measure, set a couple of bait traps...which he will return to take care of with a phone call if they catch one. Very friendly, upbeat attitude which is like night and day compared to the other exterminator I had (very condescending). We have been using Two Brothers Pest Control for a little over 2 years now. We have been very satisfied with their services. They come every other month to spray , dust and knock down all cobwebs on the outer surroundings of our home and will also spray inside for no additional costs. If we ever have concerns or see pest in between visits, for no additional charge they will return to spray again. They accept check, money order or cash. We bought this house about a year and half ago. It came with bugs, wasps, spiders, pigeons and mice. The previous owner didn't use a pest company and all the neighbors did. As you can imagine, all the pests came to our house. After a thorough cleaning, new landscape, new flooring and paint. We love our house but not the bugs. We hire Two Brothers because a friend recommended them. They've been working hard and I'm glad to report that we've contained the critters and bugs. They respond quickly if we have any concerns. The ants came in after the big rain and they were here getting wet to put the gel and take care of business. He was responsive and professional and even gave me tips on how to control/prevent the problem as it did not sound like the rodents were currently active. I was surprised that he didn't immediately reel me in for a monthly subscription or initial assessment fee but rather listened and assessed my situation first before making recommendations.
