When I told him I noticed there were a few mice/rats around the backyard about 2 weeks ago, when we had some hot weather. Unfortunately, there were plenty of mice/rats and some babies in a pot, but he explained the situation clearly and made sure I understood what was going on and what needed to be done when he found them in our broken BBQ set-up in the backyard. Then, they show up for 10 minutes every couole months and specifically ignore the work you ask to be performed. Then if you try and cancel your services they throw back at you that you signed up for a year and if you dont keep paying them there is a cancellation service. Do not ever use these people. Very poor customer service, and very sketchy business practices.
