Alpha Pest services cost a whole lot less than Critter Control and Alpha's services were excellent and on time. I had tons and swarms of pigeons all over my top balcony. It was easy to communicate with the owner and technician. The technician returned to make sure the netting and spikes adequately covered all spaces in addition to cleaning up the huge mess the pigeons had left. We hired alpha pest management for a clean up service due to German cockroach activity. They moved out our appliances as we needed. cleaned and vacummed behind/around them. Wonderful company!!! Two weeks ago, I heard strange noises I had never heard from my side attic. Turns out a raccoon found its way into my house! I was panicking and trying to find a reliable company that could help with raccoon removal, and Alpha Pest Management was the first company I came across that replied to my request for an estimate for inspection. The raccoon became extremely busy preparing a nest for its babies and was exploring the side attic until it found a way into the ceiling attic. The loudest critter ever, and made it impossible to sleep! Mohamed was a wonderful help in explaining the process for removing the raccoon and providing a detailed plan for its humane removal. He also explained how he would repair the entrance where the raccoon was getting in. Justin was also a great help in picking up the raccoon was caught (especially since it was caught on a Sunday!) Whenever you need to contact someone in the company for help they will answer the phone and patiently answer any questions you have while also providing a text option if you have any question, check on when they will be arriving for a scheduled appointment, without having to call if you are having a hectic day at work and cannot call them. Alpha goes above and beyond. I had a tough problem, and called nearly every major exterminator in the city. We had a bit of a mouse infestation in our home and reached out to several local firms. All of them offered some good options but we went with Alpha Pest Management as they had great reviews and were low pressure. Francisco did an amazing job sealing up the house and setting up traps inside and out. These guys are great! They do both attic insulation and pest control. They are aware and concerned with sealing off all of the gaps that mice, squirrels, & raccoons might use to enter your house. This happens a lot around Northern Virginia. So there's an advantage to going with someone who can address both issues. They were also quick to respond, prompt in carrying out the work, and reasonably priced. I really got the impression that they just did the work I really needed done, rather than looking for every possible task they could charge me for. I highly recommend them. read more

I have been through the ringer when it comes to trustworthy, dependable pest control companies. I have FINALLY found a company who truly understand what customer service is. Mo, Fernando and the team at Alpha Pest Management are absolutely incredible, hard-working, dependable and very good at what they do. I have the monthly pest and rodent control service, which is a very competitive price. They will also start mosquito service soon - again, very competitive. My rodent issue is no more since they started. Also, there was an animal stuck in my chimney that died, and it smelled horrible in my house with the warm weather. I called Mo in the evening, and he came out the very next day to help me remove the animal and screen the top of the chimney, so it wouldn't happen again. I went with this company despite them being more expensive than other companies that provided with me quotes. Initially the first specialist appeared to be very thorough and knowledgeable. They were very easy to get in contact with and that's why I would give them 2.5 stars. When it came down to eradicating the problem which was why I took the more expensive package, this was not done. There was still rodents getting into my home. They then quoted me another package so I can spend more money on something that should have been guaranteed to begin with. I also have pets and they put one of the traps in a location that was easily accessible to them and they could have been injured. read more

They responded quickly to my first inquiry and were there that day to examine my hunch of a bird in the ceiling. Mohammed initially thought the bird was on the outside, but was very open to coming with me to hear out all of my suspicions and then was willing to go up on the ladder to check - where he then agreed there was a bird. I highly recommend this company. Most extermination companies want you to buy into their endless monthly subscriptions to keep the pests away. At Alpha Pest Management you have "Mo" who will come out and spray foam all the entry points and lay steel mesh to make sure it's reinforced. How about birds making nests inside air ducts? Mo cleans those and comes up with solutions to stop them from coming back. These are the aspects I witnessed when I hired this company. This is the first time I have the service performed by Alpha Pest Management. I got stung by yellow jackets while gardening. Look up on Yelp and got response within couple hours with a quote. After doing some research, I went with Alpha Pest Management due to the great review. I was able to get the service the next day I contacted. Justin came and examined around the foundation. He explained to me how the Yellow Jackets behaved and performed the service around 3:45 PM. I was told to wait for 24 hours. I went out and checked the next morning. There was one that still flying and buzz around me. I stood still and not moved. Checked again in the afternoon. Sure enough, they are gone. I can't be so happy. I sent a message to Alpha Pest Control because of their great reviews. They responded in minutes. If you recall May was very rainy and obviously you can't spray outside if it's going to wash away. Francisco was great about contacting us every day to assess the weather situation. Finally it was dry and two days after spraying the ticks were gone. No upselling.
