Awesome service. I locked my keys in my trunk in the middle of a road trip and I required (as it turns out) very specific roadside service. I had a wonderful experience with Justin today. My car battery was dead and after calling my insurance company's roadside assistance line, they contacted Justin to come to my location and assist me. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable, and very fast! He brought a new battery with him just in case, and was able to change it on the spot, saving me the headache of having to take my car somewhere. (He also ran a diagnostic on the previous battery and showed me why it needed to be replaced instead of jumped, which I was very appreciative of. I called StateFarm roadside assistance because my car wouldn't start. Justin came to my home in less than 30 minutes. He checked the charge on my battery, and it read 13.0. I had no idea what it meant and was told by him that the battery was no good. There was also some corrosion. I trusted what Justin told me and purchased a new battery. Together I spent $234.00. I thought it was odd that there were issues with the battery because I bought it from Walmart about two years ago. I am a single mother with four children who was taken advantage of by this dishonest person. My sister had the same issue and was smart enough to take her battery to get tested. She needed another battery. Tonight I found out that a 13.0 reading is a good battery. I want my money back and will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and inform StateFarm not to use your company. People trust you in their time of need and don't deserve to be scammed out of their money, especially when they have children. I can only imagine how many this company has scammed. Shame on you!
