I chose them because of their excellent reviews. Justin responded in a short period of time. After reviewing the options, I decided to have them come out and replace the battery. Justin told me that he had two previous calls to attend to before he could get to me. He still was at my location in about an hour, checked out the battery and confirmed that it needed to be replaced. Justin had me up and running in no time. He was professional, courteous and honored the quote he provided over the phone even though he had misquoted the price. Not sure if it was Jimmel or Justin who showed up to change my flat tire, but what an amazing experience it was honestly! He arrived extremely quickly, and instead patched my tire for me all while indulging me in my curiosity and explaining to me how it was done. I even asked him about something else I noticed in my wheel well that looked problematic and he gave me a full run down on what the part was for, the issue and the consequences of it, as well as advice on how to go about getting it fixed! He also gave me a tip about my lug nuts and assisted me in looking up the parts on my phone to make sure I got the right stuff. So amazing and I learned so much!! My wife returned from Dallas on a very low tire. 15 mins after she parked our BMW X1 at our home, the tire was completely flat. I called ARS on a recommendation from Firestone on S Congress. Justin answered and within 20 mins he had arrived and diagnosed the best course of action. Which happened to be a new tire. He gave me an exact quote on the spot (zero up charge) and 15 mins later the car was on jacks and Justin was on his way to have the tire replaced. Excellent service. Car battery died in the morning before work. Justin answered and then transferred me to the other owner, Jimmel, who was nearby. Jimmel came to my house right away, replaced the battery quickly, ran some quality tests to ensure proper installation, and then left with the old battery. Will recommend them to anyone.
