One, I can go as many times as I want per month! Two, I don't have to vacuum my own car and sweat my ass off trying to get the dog hair off. Three , my black car looks brand new every time I leave. Four, I like how they offer things when you get there on the laminated sheet so that you can actually figure out what you want to have done to your car rather than just saying a silver package that really wasn't what you needed. Five, if I ever see anything that needs a touch up or redo, they get right back to it and fix it; no questions asked! I also like when they tell me I'll need a wax job soon. I park outside by sprinklers and get hard water spotting on my black paint job. . The manager is so nice and he shows when it's getting pretty bad and I make the decision of when I need to wax. That's another thing about this place: the customer service! Luis Garcia is one of the managers (I think) . He inspects every car before they leave. He always strives to make us as the customers happy !! An example .One day, I had a playground ball fall out off car and do you know it bounced wayyyyyy down beach blvd and he had he's boys jump in the car and go pick it up!!! Lastly, a total mishap but they almost gave my car away to someone else!! Lol. Luckily the guy caught on and realized it wasn't his car and didn't drive off but, what's the point of having tickets when they don't even check if you have the correct number?? Still tipped $10. I was surprised they didn't even offer a free car wash for the mistake. Terrible window cleaning and missed spots when doing the exterior Armour All. Armando did a fantastic job with quality control, he did everything at this location. I'm a 17 year plus customer. We've been through the ups and downs with the place and always appreciated a friendly face and great customer service. No more. On our last visit on 6/14/26 the car was wasn't as good as before, the new staff needs more training. After 17 years of being a loyal customer to both locations, it's time to move on. This wash will do it in a jif. You also get vacuums when you exit the tunnel, which awaits you on the other side. All in all, I recommend this wash. I detract a star as I understand due to inflation but if the price were to be lower by a dollar, it would be a great value wash!
