First, let me start by saying... I'm kind of a pain-in-the-rear to please. I'm meticulous with detail and expect the best. I grew up in a family where cars deserve respect, and quality treatment. After tons of research (and I mean exhausting, tired-of-staring-at-the-screen, are-there-any-quality-detailers, internet hunt), I made an appointment with Beachside Detail. My first impression with Beachside Detail was great. I had a phone call with Christian, who listened to what I wanted, reiterated my request/needs, then proceeded to give me excellent information/his recommendation based on the information I gave him. The phone call was informative, and never once did I feel pressure to utilize his company, nor use any service I wasn't already seeking. Next step - vehicle drop off. Now, let it be known, my truck...is my pride. It took me 10+ years to purchase my dream vehicle, so I take Big Red's care to heart. That said, when I purchased my truck, she wasn't well taken care of. Clearly wrecked, then left in a tow yard to oxidize in the heat of Nevada. I acquired her with oxidation and scratches. I dropped her off in the am, and expected a full work day to polish her up. Mid-day, like a good mommy, I checked in on my girl. Christian advised she was doing great, and getting the TLC she deserved. Big Red would be ready for pick up at the end of the work day. Anxiously, I made my way to my truck, expecting to have concerns and thinking this would be too good to be true... I was incredibly mistaken. I pulled up, and there she was - in all her former Glory. Big Red looks like she just drove off the lot. Beautiful, and refreshed! It was the best I've ever been proven wrong. True pride in the work offered is both a novelty and rare in today's age. These guys and their team of professionals have done a more than amazing job on my new BMW every time I have taken my car to their warehouse to get it detailed. Their attention to detail is incredible. I had some paste wax residue that had got stuck into a plastic part of my front grille and by washing it myself it never came out. When I dropped my car off at Beachside they let me know that they had this special formula that would be-able to remove it for a very small additional cost. When I had called to set an appointment, it just so happened that they were double booked for the day. However, I was still able to get my car detailed and done in a more than timely manner with the same level of quality service. I needed a ride to work after dropping my car off and Mario was able to drive me from their convenient PCH location all the way to Fashion Island, free of charge!
