I recommend not to use this company! They are not professional they are not clear on communication and the design they tried to push on me looked like a Kindergartner did it. They tried to add on fees at the end that were not discussed from the beginning. They will try to eat up design time by giving you the runaround and charge more. Man, I cannot endorse this printer strongly enough. We had an event in Vegas at the Paris, and we called to see about having some workbooks printed just a couple days before (we're a small company, so that's how we roll sometimes). They said no problem, they'd make it happen. They received art barely more than 24 hours before we needed 60 workbooks delivered, and even when faced with multiple internal challenges including both the printing & binding, and even some computer issues (it was one of those weeks!), they still got it delivered in time. Not only that, but throughout the process, the owner himself, Nathan, stayed in CONSTANT, PROACTIVE communication, keeping us updated with the status of the job, from his personal cell phone. And because the challenges caused them to run over business hours, he PERSONALLY not only stayed late to complete the job, but he also delivered them to us himself. And at the end of the day, the printing looked wonderful, and their pricing was very competitive. Definitely a better choice than an Office Depot or FedEx Office. As a family-owned, home-based business, that's the kind of entrepreneurial ownership mindset you look for in a vendor/partner. We're fan of Alphagraphics in general, and have used them locally in Dallas, but any time we're in Vegas, you can be sure this is who we'll be calling! read more

I've worked with hundreds of vendors over the years. Rarely am I blown away by customer service, but Nathan at AlphaGraphics did just that last week. My company sent a large poster to Vegas for one of our big clients to present at a large industry conference and one of their most crucial marketing activities of their year. FedEx ended up damaging the package completely. So now one of our biggest clients is about to present at a conference across the country with no poster. Panic is an understatement, I was freaking out. I found AlphaGraphics online and decided they'd be my first call. I spoke to Nathan and was put to ease. Not only was he able to print the posters quickly, he then personally delivered them to the hotel our client was staying at! For a small order we got fantastic service. At the end of last week we were finally able to get in touch with the client. She has extremely high standards and she said the poster quality was "excellent." We submitted an order for our wedding invitations and were given a time they would be ready. At first Lynn was very helpful and kind. We were told they would be done in a week. One week went by and I hadn't heard anything, so I reached out and was told they wouldn't be done that day. I followed up again several days later and was told that there was a printing problem. Then later they said there was a paper shortage. The part that frustrated me was that they didn't reach out to update me, I had to continuously reach out to them and ask for the status of the invitations. When they were finally finished, I went to pick them up. Upon first glance they looked fine, but then I noticed that the paper quality was poor and the sides were fraying and looked white when the invitation was navy. The picture we had on the back was extremely pixilated and did not look like the proof we received. Additionally, we paid extra for gold metallic ink, and it was not only dull, but also more of a greenish brown color. I reached back out to Lynn about my disappointment and was told that the owner would contact me so we could remedy the situation. I have since emailed twice and have not heard back over the past two months. We had to order completely new invitations from a different company and delay sending out invites to our wedding. Their lack of communication cost me hundreds of dollars. read more

I called all the big chains to see if they could print it for me on that A3 paper, and no one was able to to assist me with it, and couldn't even point me in the right direction on who does, then I called Alphagraphics. I was really disappointed with service . I called an explained I needed a rush order . They expressed no problem. Yet there was problem after problem. Now again I appreciated they were willing to do rush order yet waited last min to start . Because under normal circumstances it's a quick job. They didn't look at my order till the next day that morning called and said they didn't have The material to do the job. I proceeded to express my disappointment. They fixed that problem. Only to start my order and realize their machine wasn't working. Rather than calling me and notifying me of this immediately giving me time to find another company they waited till the end of day to let me know the machine was broke and they were unable to do the work. read more
