The staff were super friendly and accommodating (they even made the egg on my fried rice medium, since I don't like undercooked yolk). Great variety of flavors in the Indonesian fried rice, it was beautifully plated, and was also enough for a solid amount of leftovers. Only downsides- we got 3/5 on the spicy scale (both the fried rice and the curry) and it really wasn't spicy at all, so would definitely go spicier next time. Decent portions for the price. The owner(?) is very nice but as the evening went on and more people came in, service dropped. We got the pancit and chop suey. Both were too salty, with the chop suey being too salty and sweet (is this the Americanization part?) which is unfortunate since the health benefits of a vegetarian dish were essentially negated. One of the best cuisines I've ever had. Food was amazing. I got the Indonesian fried rice + ramen bowl. Ramen was a great portion size and very tasty. The ramen comes with quite a bit of pork which is awesome because most other places I've been to make you pay more for this portion. This is definitely one of the best food we had during our trip to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. Stopped by Ameriasia Bistro on a cross country road trip. Just passing through Idaho and we are running late (as always). We get in 30 minutes before closing with 2 dogs and they could not be nicer. We were seated at a great table outside and order drinks, apps, nasi goreng (Indonesian fried rice) and mango and pineapple fried rice. Everything was incredible! Yelp reviews brought us here. We arrived and sat down just after three large parties. We sat outdoors on the patio which was beautiful. We were hungry and the food was taking a bit, I don't know if they read our minds or... but they brought out complimentary egg rolls (which were delicious!) and apologized for the long wait. As soon as the egg rolls hit our bellies the skies opened up without warning and dumped beautiful rain on us for all of .2 seconds. In that time the other tables ran inside without even taking their drinks They apologized for the weather, which they obviously had no control over, and offered to cram us inside with everyone else. We opted to wait it out and the weather reciprocated by stopping as fast as it started. Now we had the patio to ourselves! But you are here for the food reviews which was PHENOMENAL as expected by the Yelp reviews. However the service is outstanding, very polite and conscientious. We went to Victor, ID for a place to stay by Grand Teton and Yellowstone. We went during Covid so we're looking for restaurants that only had outdoor seating. Totally surprised when my bf found this place. I looked at the menu and found Filipino dishes! I'm Filipino so obviously I was excited. The dishes had so much flavor. We went back three times in a span of a week. Spare ribs: absolutely my favorite. A mix of smoky and sweet sauce with the ribs and the flavor just soaked throughout the meat makes my mouth water as I write this review. I paired it up with an order of rice. Lechon kawali: okay so if you're Filipino this is just a classic. I asked for it extra crispy and man did it hit the spot. I dipped it in the Mang Tomas sauce and got a feeling of home immediately . It also came with a suka and toyo mix sauce (vinegar and soy sauce) Miso soup: this is an appetizer that I normally just overlook but I was cold the third day so I just wanted soup. I was so glad that I tried it. It took a few minutes to prepare it but I attributed that to them not having it just sitting there like other restaurants. It showed in the flavor of the broth. Chop suey: not the usual Filipino chop suey but my mom was craving a veggie dish and this one was a great option to try. We liked the sauce and the young baby corn. Teriyaki burger: my brother can vouch for this wagyu beef dish. He loved it so much he ate it all three times. He kept trying to get us to go back just so he can order it. Also the shoe string fries won us all over. Super crispy. Sorry no pics cuz my lil bro downed the whole thing so fast I don't think anyone wants to see the half eaten burger but trust us it's good. Ramen: we had this broth on the first night and also had bold flavor. I feel like I repeat "flavor" a lot but each dish truly has its own unique taste to it. Seared mahi mahi: seasoned pretty , light meal when paired with the jasmine rice. A nice clean meal. Lumpia (spring rolls): I mean it's lumpia! Theirs is pretty meaty. You can't really have enough. Chicken adobo and pancit: my mom had these two so I can't describe them as well but she liked them. We had these the first meal and by the time we got them we were so full that we couldn't finish it. A fantastic restaurant just be patient cuz it's a mom and pop restaurant so sometimes it takes a while to get the dishes ready but I guarantee you'll be satisfied when you eat it. read more

Seriously, the most amazing Filipino food ever! I was incredibly surprised to find a restaurant that serves Filipino food in a very small town with not a single Filipino individual to be found (atleast none that I saw during my vacation in the area). I am visiting from out of town. I live in a big city with tons of Filipino restaurants, but none of them compare to this place! I had their Lechon kawali and it was so delicious! It was even better when dipped in their special chili sauce!! I wish I bought another order of it to-go so that I can eat it on the drive back home. For how small the restaurant was, there was surprisingly a lot more seating available in the inside than I expected. There was also plenty of seats outside. I enjoyed the decor inside, most especially the fresh flowers they placed on each table, even in the bathroom. The bathroom was also very clean and well decorated. Sadly, due to being short staff because of Covid, their hours are reduced from Mon-Sat 5pm-9pm. I wish they were opened for more hours. I would have definitely visited more during my vacation. After having a beer at Grand Teton brewery, my bf and I got hungry and were searching around the area for food. We stumbled upon this Filipino-Asian fusion sit down restaurant and was blown away by the freshness of their food. We started off with their egg rolls and beef lettuce wraps, which were amazing; we couldn't wait to try our main dishes. I had the lechon which was crispy goodness and it came with two different sauces to dip. My bf ordered the Indonesian fried rice which was very flavorful, my ONLY suggestion for that plate is to use less shrimp paste (: even though it was busy, service was on point, hint small family owned. I noticed people walking in and asking to be seated, the staff were transparent and told them that they are happy to have them but it was busy and food might take longer than usual "45min to an hr".
