Tonight I ordered the flank steak special, again rare to medium rare. It came out medium and chewy. Furthermore, tThe Frittes were under cooked baking potatoes, not the white or gold potatoes you would expect, further under cooked and really not the twice cooked French "frites" expected. But the last insult was to have the patrons next to me delivered meal ending sorbets, while I was not so blessed.
