Before when I needed to get a harness i have a dog who has some dog aggression issues and they brought stuff out to me so i could try it on her and figure out what would work since she could not come into their store. Friendly dogs ARE welcome in the store. Since covid started they have offered curbside and delivery service. Although their store is open again to the public, masks are required. for those who can't get to the store or dont want to wear a mask the option of curbside is very nice! You just call in your order and pre-pay and then you can call when you get there to pick up if you are doing curb side and they will bring it out to your car for you. I have definitely appreciated this service and have utilized it since covid started. When i have been in, in the past, in person, they always offer to carry my purchases out to the car for me.
