Hired this company to clean, patch and seal grout in my master bathroom. Communication was not good…read morefrom the start--owner flaked on the first scheduled appointment. Was not impressed with the quality of work when it was done, as there were areas that still looked dirty and crumbling. When I raised this, he was dismissive but patched a couple of other spots. A week later, the grout started melting/disintegrating in areas where it had been patched. I spent two weeks trying to get it repaired because the work is supposedly guarantees, and the communication has not been good. I had to follow up multiple times before getting the repair scheduled, and was asked to send a reminder text to him day of the repair. I rearranged work and sent a reminder text. No response and he flaked on that as well, and still no firm date on when he will make time for the repair. After two weeks, one of the tiles came out because the grout around it basically melted, so I can't wait any longer and keep following up. I'm giving 2 stars because the work on the bathroom floor was fine. Photos are from a few days after and then 2 weeks after the work was done.

In my opinion they have one of the better natural stone selection and they put them all in one corner. Each piece is large. A lot of places only had small natural stone samples which made it very hard to visualize. They also have staged a few areas that mimic various areas in a house that use tile. We needed something that worked with our alabaster/ivory tile and Mapei Alabaster grout--and fast. We were immediately and thoroughly helped by the owner, who was not only knowledgeable but incredibly validating. She confirmed my instincts about the white-white trim looking cheap against our tile, even mentioning she doesn't stock it for that exact reason! I had started to feel like I was being too picky or difficult, but she reassured me I wasn't--and that meant a lot.
