So just hope that the new ones don't give you issues because you won't be able to revert back to the original ones. On the day prior to the appointment I received a call informing me that they do not accept my insurance. They do not list their local number, you get connected to a call center who then calls the local office. I was on hold for an hour, spoke with someone who then called them. Was told they would call the next day with an update; no call. I had to drive to their office for an update 2 months later. I know these times are tough. I know offices are behind. It one call with an update would have been great. When I received my glasses they had sticky stuff on the frame & dirty lenses. You would think they could at least prep the glasses prior to hand off. I had to setup another appointment because now, my prescription may not be correct. The other VERY odd thing is they DO NOT provide you with the manufacturers case for the glasses! My wife's case nearly contorted her glasses, , they were expensive and a little research shows that those drones do indeed have a OEM case. Picked up my Nike frames today and recd myeyedoc branded case that my glasses barely fit in. I can't imagine Nike missing an opportunity to put a swish on something. To be clear, I am Not complaining abou t the cases not having a name brand, my concern is that it will bend or damage my glasses. Are they reselling these cases or what? Any ways I am definitely considering getting back to my original eye doc since we are back on good insurance.
