When we arrived the first time, after them having the car for 4 days, the paint was bubbled and rough. They agreed to buff out the paint to take care of the problem. We gave him another day to get the job right. We picked it up then after 3 days the undercoating started to show through and we had to take the car back. The owner hemmed and hawed about getting the car back in the shop promptly to get the job done. I gave him an alternative of me taking it elsewhere and billing him for the invoice. He got the car into the shop. Giving them another three days we returned to find the door had not been painted. The owner claimed that DuPont gave them some bad primer. He had a check waiting for us for the cost of having the door painted. I would have given this place one or zero stars if he hadn't had the check waiting. It's an honest shop, just not a good one.
