Jesus from Alro helped fix a shade that we had gotten newly installed through The Shade Store (it was rolling up over the bracket when rolled up, and was not aligned correctly to the window frame). Shade Store uses them for installation and repairs. He came in within the scheduled time window, followed Covid-19 protocol (masking, wiping all touched surfaces etc), fixed the shade, understood the problem, went over the fix with me and reinstalled the shade all within less than 30 mins. He also discovered the shade was damaged from getting rolled over the bracket, so he took photos to share with the manufacturer. Recently he was back again to install the replacement shade. Again he was very courteous, excellent at his job and cleaned up after he was done. I would highly recommend using Alro's installation service for your new drapes, blinds or shades. read more

They were courteous, professional, pleasant, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the install before they left . They even made some small adjustments which I wasn't sure would be doable. Probably saved me thousands. I want to tell how how great these installers were! They paid attention to every detail and did an amazing job. I am very demanding and they did not mind my many requests at all. They were respectful no matter what I asked. They were diligent and worked to get everything just right. Every Hunter Dougles shade was perfectly installed and aligned. I have some extremely tall ceilings and they handled the upper windows well. Alexis even took the time to show me how to operate everything in this big and complicated installation. We had Alro install a very large shade that was purchased from Budget Blinds in SF. They called to let me know the shade had arrived and I was shocked they were able to install the next day. I live in a 4th floor walk up and the two installers that came out handled it with ease, even carrying two ladders. The install took less than an hour and they showed me how to operate the shade and helped me get set up with the Lutron app. I will absolutely contact Alro again if I need window treatments installed. read more

Arlo was great throughout the whole process. First, I made an appointment for the measurements. Jesus arrived and was very thorough. He even discussed the best options for me as far as where to place the chain, how long the drapery should hang, etc. After my order arrived, I called to make an appointment.
