So we decided to try Nikos pizza, walking in we had a "welcome" but the girl sounded like she wanted to leave. The inside shop is tiny but there is seating. We got the pizza and wings, the first wing i picked had a long hair cooked into it However, the other wings were good, good flavor. I didn't enjoy the pizza much, but my bf liked it. I just left here not even 20 mins ago - two stars because at least the pizza was good ! First time here so I was excited to stop by after a quick bar run. I stepped up to the window, ordered my slice, paid and when the guy handed me the reciept - he literally said out loud " here's the reciept - are you going to tip me ?" I didn't even get my slice yet. Slow down. I wrote, in Spanish, on my reciept "do not ever demand a tip from a customer. That's so unprofessional". His face dropped after reading that. I watched him charge other customers after me and not a peep about tip or anything. Everyone was white after me. We were the only brown ones. Did they think we weren't going to tip just by looking at us weird.! I told the female with dark hair and glasses and she shrugged it off and said " he was probably playing. It's ok" ...not it's not. Very friendly staff and reasonable price. The pizzas were fresh and they heated it up for us once we placed an order. The staff was very friendly and patient. The only issue was the place is very small and not good for a big family (family of 5 would have not enough seat at one table). Hope they would improve their cleaning schedule of the bathroom as the bathroom was a bit messy, especially it is unisex bathroom, where men and women share it. read more

One of the friendliest owners I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a pizza place, remembers my name and always has a smile and kind word to say. Very appreciative of his customers and always takes care of all who walk through the door. Grandma pizza is outstanding. Regular pizza great and the Buffalo chicken pizza is excellent. The real stand-out here though is the bread for the subs/hoagies. Very compact rolls, not too thick like most places around here with a perfect amount of crunch on the outside. Reminds me very fondly of the bakery rolls that pizza joints use up in the Scranton area. The cheesesteak is my usual sub here, and you should know how it's served, with sauce and onions. If you want it your way, order it your way like I do, no sauce and add lettuce, tomato and Mayo. Yellow American cheese is a bit unusual it it tastes the same as white. Sometimes I get provolone to mix it up, and of course the first time was with sauce and onions. I enjoyed it like that, just not my first preference. Really enjoy this place, one of my regular stops every week. read more

It's hard to find a great pizza place here in Harrisburg but Niko's is good. I came here on an early, rainy Friday night and they had the reggaeton blasting which I totally enjoyed because it was a friday night and with the music blasting coupled with that good ass pizza, made it the perfect spot to start off your Friday night out on the town. read more

After I complained about my wait time I was told I needed to leave as they threw cash at me for my "refund". This place has terrible management skills and needs to be reevaluated as a whole. Oh my! I just had a GREAT slice of margarita pizza at Niko's! First time there. Had been a fan of Palumbo's and tried Mama's but this slice was MUCH better than theirs! I would NEVER go back to Niko's pizza. I went there with a few friends after a night of drinks and we were treated like garbage on the street. I had asked to first pay with the few dollars I had left with cash and the women argued that their had to be at least a $5 dollar limit used on the debit card, which there was. I tried to explain to her why she was wrong with her basic math and she gave me a hard time. After that me and my friends waited an unreasonable amount of time for heated up pizza. I found this little pizza place today while I was downtown. It's been here for a year already, yet no one else has reviewed it! Anyway, I ordered a cheeseburger to go with mushrooms which was very good ($4.65). I also noticed some kind of large round sandwich, cut up in pie shaped pieces and ready to go, topped with delicious spices, for $6.00. Looked good and I want to try next time. At 11:15 am, a number of guys were already there on their break, and several confirmed the sandwich was really good. Not sure where all the rave reviews are coming from. Got a buffalo chicken pie and it was not good. Dough was super thick and chewy. Pizza had no sauce on it. Chicken tasted like it was frozen and then reheated in a microwave. And you could barely taste the buffalo sauce. Had to drown it in hot sauce to make it edible. Probably the worst buffalo slice I've ever had, will not be returning. read more

Today I took my girlfriend out on a date (which we rarely get to have due to our hard working schedules) we ordered two slices of cheese pizza to have as our dinner. We could clearly see they had pre-made pizza sitting behind the glass so we figured our food would come out quickly since all they need to do is warm the slices up. As we waited for our TWO SLICES OF PIZZA to be warmed up we watched SIX slices warmed up to be served to guests who had ordered after us. We watch a small cheese pizza being made and served to people who ordered after us. We watched ANOTHER medium pizza being made and then served to guests who had ordered after us. All while we could still see a few pre-made pizza slices still sitting behind the glass counter. The same pizza we had seen 25 minutes ago went we walked in. It became very obvious to us that EQUALITY WAS NOT WHAT NIKOS PIZZA CARED FOR WHATSOEVER.
