Over the ensuing 8 weeks, whenever I called to get an update ( I only succeeded in getting through to them 4 times from over 20 phone/text attempts. I was told they either didn't know what was going on, the part should arrive today/tomorrow and/or they would get back to me with an update. Nobody ever called me back or responded to phone or text messages. We eventually called another service provider and had everything complete within two weeks. Completely abysmal customer service. This technician conducted a completely negligent review. Despite visible charring, compromised internal components, and exposed electrical wiring sticking out of the unit, the technician claimed the appliance "looks good." It was abundantly clear that his only priority was collecting his service call fee, showing an absolute disregard for safety, liability, and professional ethics. I have provided numerous photographic records and video evidence clearly demonstrating that this appliance is a total loss and a severe fire hazard. It is deeply concerning that Allstate is choosing to accept the word of a negligent third-party contractor over indisputable photographic proof.

During my interactions with Saeid, I shared videos of my washing machine acting up, and he was able to help me trouble shoot what was going on without even setting foot in front of the machine. When I asked him what I owed him for his time - because we spent over 2 hours back and forth on text with him reviewing videos, and making suggestions to try with my washing machine - he indicated that he was happy just to help out.
